A2A Simrate issue?

True, I have had carb icing in the Comanche, the early symptom being reduced speed and manifold pressure.

I had carb icing with an OAT of 61 degrees fahrenheit in this bird.

Bob you and @sd_flyer can answer this.  I was always taught that generally speaking above 60 you don't use carb heat.  I know about the venturi effect BUT in your experience was I taught wrong?   I always thought that even with venturi/pressure lowering temp that wasn't an issue until you got down to about 55degF or lower.

Expect carb icing when relative humidity is high and temperatures are between 20°F and 70°F.

Ok, have to remember 70+ from now on.

And it definitely WAS humid, I was flying over Florida and manifold pressure went really low.  Luckily I was at 7,000 feet AGL and I had time to clear it up.

Sort of going off the OP I've noticed what could be described as a "connection" issue between Accusim & MSFS, everything feels and looks fine in the cockpit however when going to external Chase Cam view the plane sort of "judders" through the sky, it simply doesn't look smooth like default aircraft although it also doesn't happen all the time, but it is something I've noticed when going for those external photo opportunities. Actual Airspeed seems fine to me so pretty sure it's working correctly, for the most part at least anyway.

Maybe you are seeing reaction to bumps and turbulence, which in default aircraft, probably isn't there. I am not sure because I never fly default aircraft in any sim.

Nope it's not that, unless it's related to that and just visually not working correctly. It could be some sort of lag from Accusim if it or MSFS is struggling momentarily perhaps, not a huge deal as above it doesn't happen in cockpit thankfully.

Must be confined to your system, haven't read anyone posting a similar complaint, and I have about 100 hours in the Comanche, and I don't see it.

A2A are looking into this and have mentioned that it might be related to a momentary loss of or lag in the connection between MSFS and Accusim exactly as you describe.

You have a link for that discussion?

Seek hard and ye shall find 😉

Been looking, can't find anything even close, and I check the Comanche A2A forum every day, since it was released.
