Star Trek v Star Wars.

Seen this one a while ago. Surprised though, I could have sworn it was an old College Humor skit. Yup, It is, the header saying "Dropout" fooled me before I actually watched the video again.

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

Not me then, I didn't search for it.  Randomly appeared on YT. I wouldn't call my self a Trek nerd, defined as enthusiastically knowledgeable about Trek.

Star Trek does a better job explaining how it’s technology could possibly work and does have scientific basis behind much of it, and yea Star Wars not so much it’s very much story driven, therefore Star Trek is nerdier 🤓

Yep, I recall Lawrence Krauss was the scientific adviser on Trek for a while, he also wrote "Physics of Star Trek"

Don't think Star Wars had any science advisors. Hence why they used parsec as a measurement of time rather than distance. 🙄
