Still trying to create a full overhead view. When i start zooming, or scrolling with the mouse to get the lower and EFIS view the screen rolls over and I can never lock in on the view I want. Trying to set a view number that will show the lower panel all the way up to the EFIS knobs. Anyone have luck with that yet? And if you did, How? Thanks Walt

I was never able to accomplish that either, at least not without zooming out to a ridiculous level where you can't make out the details. On the 737 I used custom camera views (overhead lower left, overhead upper left etc.). It's a few more views to set up but works fine.

ASUS MAXIMUS IX CODE Z270, i7-7700K [email protected], EVGA GTX 1080 Ti, 16GB DDR4 RAM, VKBSim Gladiator joystick, CH Pro pedals, Razer Orbweaver Chroma Gaming Keypad, Tobii Eye Tracker, Samsung SSD 850 Pro 512GB (main drive/sim drive), WD Black 1TB HDD

I had to use two overhead views for the PMDG, both in P3D and MSFS, based on what iFly used for their 737 2D panels in FS9. The full overhead panel is too long for a 16:9 screen.

I'm away from my computer, so I can't explain the limit I used between lower and upper overhead panels, but it was close to the window heat switches.

I've just gotten used to pressing Ctrl-6 for the lower and Ctrl-7 for the upper. I gave up on trying to make custom views.

I just assigned my views to my Num pad, so all I have to do is hit one number to switch views.

I just look up and there is the overhead.

Of course I have to put on my VR Headset first. 😉

Thank you. I appreciate your come back. Thanks again, Walt

I don’t bother trying the get the uppermost part, with the IRS knobs etc in my overhead view.

On my setup (4K 60” TV) I can fit the rest without issues.
