If it is the issue where it doesn't let you complete purchases, if you start the simulator NOT in Administrator mode, it usually solves the problem.

At the end of the customisation wizard you should've received QR codes, you can also open the FAQ on the EFB, and the first option "Where can I find documentation about FSR500?" has all the QR codes for all the tutorial videos and for the manual download.

Unable to purchase. Says MS account does not match XBOX account.  Signed out of both and signed back in to both.  They match. Cant purchase the FSR500. Any suggestions?

Fully downloaded and now in the cockpit on the tarmac checking things out. First off, the included EFB/tablet....WOW! So comprehensive, such a slick UI and as mentioned above, so easy to understand. Loving what I am seeing so far and I have not even got the engine started yet 🙂

Store version. When I try to make a purchase (M500) the marketplace tells me the is another purchase pending and to give it a few minutes. Can’t find any pending purchase to cancel. So it then closes the attempted purchase of the M500. Bizarre.
