I’m in the process of picking up some GA aircraft probably either Comanche 250 or Tbm850. I’m not familiar with the different navigation addons. What would everyone recommend?

TDS NXI is based on official Garmin trainer. So it's a favorite of many folks here

both those planes use the TDS NXI if you decide. You don't need to use any addons, but the are great if you want to.

250 and TBM are 2 very different planes. Both excellent. Just make sure you know what you are looking for.

Also, if you want to go full on with Simbrief, then the other version of the 750 ( I forgot the name) is also very popular.

MSFS 2024 -Too many airplanes to name. Too many airports to name.

I use Garmin Pilot which is used real world. I have a subscription for Simbrief / Navigraph which are excellent.

Xmapsys is good for getting positional and traffic data from MSFS into Garmin Pilot and other real world EFB's.

I use the PMS GTN 750. (Paid version). If you opt for that make to you download the extra WTT file from the PMS website and install it to use with each of those planes.

I also recommend the PMS50 GTN750, always updated database synced with the sim database, syncs with the Working Title devices, and the support by the dev is the best I have seen.

If you have a Navigraph subscription get the PMS GTN, you will have charts for all the world inside the GTN. And also satellite maps, VFR and IFR maps, etc.

PMS GTN 750, it works with a whole list of GA aircraft, and even improves autopilot function on some. And you won't be a year behind waiting for the Garmin trainer to update. https://pms50.com/msfs/
