PMDG Server not Reachable

Featured Replies

I get the message below in PDMG Operations Center v2.0.1.2182 for several days now. Can I do something about that?

"I was unable to reach PMDG's server. Certain features are disabled. Please check your connection, then restart the app to try again."

Obviously, I am online.

You need to run OpsCenterUpdater.exe inside PMDG Ops Center folder

Try this. Go to to C:\Users\{username} \AppData\Roaming\PMDG\PMDG Operations Center right click on OpsCenterUpdater.exe and select run as administrator.

Found the executable by following the link in Windows 11. Strange bug, however.

I don't remember 💯..

This has/had something to do with a license expiration of sorts..in their words, a silly mistake.

Yep.

And I keep forgetting the fix.

Well, fat chance that anyone not reading this thread, would be able to fix this issue.

Sadly, it didn't fix the issue in my case.

Afterwards it tries to restart the PMDG Ops Center, but I am only getting 'navy blue' screen.
