If you want Irish vibes in the U.S, you can't go wrong either in Boston or Newfoundland. There is still an Irish accent in the Newfie territories.

0:18 "gobblebogglegobble is notoriously hard to master"? 😂

Reminds me of the Amazon Prime series "On the Wing". Each episode is a small regional remote service. Season 1 is six episodes: Vanuatu, Quebec, New Zealand, Madagascar, Kenya, and New Guinea. Anyway the trip to Quebec over to near the Maritimes landed them in a strange culture. And some sort of unusual Church holiday resembling Mardi Gras where everyone hides behind masks. But they have to try to identify the others by speaking to them. I could not understand their English, let alone what sounded like Cajun French.

My mother is a Newfie but born in New Jersey back in 1943 due to the war, and raised back in Newfoundland when it was a country on it's own and not part of Canada yet, therefore she is a Newfoundland National when it was an official country, yes it is true the Newfie accent is the best, and add a bit if New Jersey to that you have the greatest mixture known to mankind

Happy Saint Patrick's Day

Life in the western world would be a little more dreary without the Irish to liven it up !

Everybody looks happy except the poor bartender. It's going to be a long night, but he knew he would be fired if he called in sick on March 17.
