PMDG has a separate process for tech support with a ticketing system and so forth. You are not guaranteed any support on their forums. In case you aren't aware, here is how you get support from PMDG - https://support.pmdg.com/Main/ If you go to the link, you'll see that PMDG explicitly says their forums are "User-to-User" support. They have a discord, and it way friendlier than PMDG forum LOL I think the first study airliner I ever own was Level D 767. Then PMDG came along and I was among their first customer. They were great at the time, and no one could get close! I think in FS2004 or FSX I also owned iFly 737 and it was buggy mess! So when I saw first iFly videos month ago I was a bit biased at first! But I tell you the truth Bob - once you fly iFly it's hard to go back to PMDG 737 line because PMDG feel a stone age. And it's not just VNAV LNAV it's just entire experience sounds, visuals, freedom to walk inside aircraft anywhere you want. And yes flushing the toilet ! I don't know why iFly call their version "alpha" because it packed with tons of working feature that work rock steady. Perhaps iFly been too humble LOL Yes there are plenty room for fixing and improving but I can't think of other developer version 1.0 be better than iFly alpha LOL Life time flight sim enthusiast, current airplane owner 172P (past C182F). I could go on the PMDG forum every day and just find members thinking they are mods and just blame your system instead of PMDG. Lets not forget RSR had to make a post when quite a few of the members were saying its nothing to do with PMDG they don't have this issue. They went silent quite quickly when he said it was a PMDG issue.
