MS2024 HELP JUST 2 QUESTIONS

Featured Replies

Hi,

Please, anyone can ask these questions?

1) Have you do the outdoor inspection on each aircraft in cold and dark start?

2) Are there any way to skip that?

Thank you in advance

You can press Shift-C to enter the cockpit, but you need to be outside to click to remove the chocks and covers. I think the only way to skip this is to start on a runway. It would be nice if they add some functionality to the aircraft page of the EFB to let you remove from there, similar to how 3rd party devs did it in 2020.

In this case, You are asking. Not anyone else.

Yes, Greazer. 🙂

My mistake.

Can you answer these questions?

Hi,

Well... I'm outside the aircraft. And now I have to uncover the pitot and so on.

But how? With the mouse? I can't! Nothing happens!

Please, can anyone help me?

Thank you in advance

It is explained in Career/Flight Training/VFR Navigation

Thank you, doudou!

I'll see it this afternoon!

I think it is explained in the second or the third lesson, I don't remember exactly.

Hi,

I think one of the problems I have is that I selected Keyboard 2020 and that the functions for doing the aircraft revisions are in Keyboard 2024.

But I don't know yet how to solve it.

I think perhaps copying the combinations of keys from the 2024 keyboard to the 2020?

Ugh, Asobo has complicated the first contact of MS2024 a lot!

Greetings

WASD.   (Very common in games where you walk around).

Shift C to enter and exit cockpit.

Shift WASD to move around in cockpit.  Shift Q and E to raise and lower view.

Shift Z takes you into slew mode.  Then use WASD to move plane around.

Shift X takes you to Drone View.  You may need to bund buttons or keys for that.

Just a minute ago, I get to this screen with the letters and numbers (I don't know how did it!) and... suddenly I got a frozen screen and a CTD!

I'll try again with the explanation you give here.

To walkaround the aircraft with MSFS 2024, on AZERTY clavier, play with keys :

S or Q, Z and D on left hand

K or J, I and L on right hand

(+ mouse wheel and arrows)

Left click on mouse when it becomes blue

Thank you again, doudou!

I found the way, but for some reason the sim freezes and I get a Ctd.

so… I’m thinking of waiting some days and in the meanwhile start on the runway.

Greetings

Sorry if I missed it, but was the second question answered? Is there a setting to allow you to skip this? That is what I would like to do. Thanks.
