I'm not sure if this is meaningful, but the GUI is V 2.13, but the app itself can be version 3 (if you want to choose 3).spacer.png

Not sure if this matters but look at my screenshot I show the proper version - but you have to do these steps

You have to pick Beta in Steam - highlight the lossless program in Steam app - on the right click settings wheel - next screen - click the word betas - on right click beta participation - choose Beta-Beta - weird took me a while to figure this out

I have an RTX 4080Super OC - far as I can tell this program has not been a benefit - Autofps is a different story that works well

You’re getting confused. Your screen shot is showing application version 2.13 (the latest release version as of Jan 12). You have selected version 3.0 of the FG algorithm.

But there is also an application version 3.0 (currently only in beta) which is algorithmically identical but has a major revision to the UI.

edit: hadn’t seen the above post by Richard when I posted.

This is interesting. I’m using P3Dv5 and have had a couple of apparent freezes, the latest one yesterday using the latest version.

But I run a moving map on a networked PC and my aircraft was still moving on that display. I toggled LS off and back on and the sim unfroze.

So it’s a strange problem. It might be worth giving feedback on this app which works with many games. For info, my monitor is set at 60Hz, 20fps set in Nvidia with a x3 multiplier.

I get freezes because i exit full  screen frequently.

Checking in on other apps.

Maybe that's the issue?

Thanks

Try toggling LS off before you switch. That may help.

2.3.1.works great no issue. Switching to other apps use to freeze all the time but I have only 1 freeze so I just turn it off. hotkey and so far the most enjoyment I have had. It worked 2024 for a bit then 2024 crapped out. I am jsut not sold on 2024 it seems to have so many issues at this point and 2020 just works.
