December 9, 20241 yr This ought to be good. I enjoyed the silent version of Nosferatu. The filmmakers couldn't get permission to do the original story from the Bram Stoker estate, so they changed the names. If you can find it anywhere, the modern Shadow of the Vampire is about the making of the silent film, but assuming the actor playing the vampire is a real vampire. 😄 The new movie is apparently a remake of the Nosferatu movie. There has been no word if any actors were actual vampires. Someone is also doing Frankenstein, staying true to Shelly's original story. Intelligence is knowing Doctor Frankenstein is not the monster. Wisdom is knowing Doctor Frankenstein IS the monster. Frankenstein Unchained is my favorite modern version of this story. It involves time travel, and a really cool version of the Monster.
