Rebooted. So, not on my side. I might as well get a truck sim... better yet, a bus simulator 🫠

I've been mostly praising MSFS2024 since it came out, except the first 1-2 days. But honestly, completely relying on online connection to be able to even start the sim, brings me to want to look up what kind of availability the are guaranteeing, so I can see if I can request a refund for non-availability.

My sim always starts up but time till you get to fly is a c*#p shoot - avg 3 mins so I guess I cant complain

Usually it's 2-3min yeah. But been hanging at 2% now for half an hour. And still...

Loaded normally in the southeastern US. No issues.

Loads a little slow, but fps down and stutters up. Its a server problem on MSFS end. Did not have this problem last night.

Exactly that's the number one cause of many issues - stuff they did right we wont know what that is due to server based functionality - they need to sort that out maybe they have less work to do than they or we think - one can hope

After around 45min of "downtime", I was able to load it, but now Simbrief is also stalled.

I guess I will go to bed...

Before running sim make sure you guys update Xbox identity provider. It updates almost daily. but it seem fixes some server side problems for me

And the same issue like yesterday. Was working okay-ish today, many bandwidth issues reported in the sim, but was able to open it. Right now, same as yesterday, 2%...

Since release I didn't have such problems.

Internet connectivity is fine. 500mbit downstream without an issue.

I more and more think it's vital that they make it internet connection independent.

I see so many trouble with 2024, ling loading, bad scenery loading, CtD, etc., updates put settings back....

O man....MS really need to make a custom clear statement and also should think about some engagement for everyone invested so many dollars on a so bad released project.

Just my opinion.... everyone may experience something different or even have different opinion.

I am not amused.

Back to 2020
