February 28, 20251 yr I looked on their website and couldn't find anything about an update. Do you just download the original install file?

February 28, 20251 yr @St Mawgan Thanks for the heads-up. The Kodiak is a favourite of mine, so I'm looking forward to trying out this latest version. Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting. https://rationalwiki.org

February 28, 20251 yr Author It's so nice to have this in MSFS2024. Works beautifully well. I've got the amphib and the wheels but I have to wait for Just Flight to catch up before I fly the updated wheeled version. Hopefully Monday at the latest. 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

Are you able to save a flight plan with the Kodiak? The option is grayed out for me. And did you manage to synchronize the Garmin flight plans with MSFS2024 flight planner? - PC Hardware: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D // Asus ROG Crosshair X870E HERO // 2x32Gb Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 // ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition // 4Tb Corsair NVMe M.2 MP600 // Corsair 1600W PSU Samsung Odyssey Arc 55" curved 165 Hz monitor. - Simulator Hardware: VIRPIL Constellation Alpha Prime + VIRPIL VPC Universal Control Panel - #3 + MOZA AY210 Force Feedback Yoke + WINWING URSA MINOR 32 Throttle & PAC Metal + WINWING SKYWALKER Metal Rudder Pedals + WINWING Airbus FCU & EFIS + WINWING Boeing 3N PAP + WINWING MCDU-32 + WINWING PFP-4 + WINWING PFP 3-N + WINWING PFP-7.

And did you manage to synchronize the Garmin flight plans with MSFS2024 flight planner? For 2020 compatibility planes with G1000v1 this will only work from worldscreen. If you use the 2024 EFB on the worldscreen for planning you can send it to the older 2020 Kodiak Garmins. But you can't change or plan with flight loaded. This will work only for 2024 native planes. Cheers T.
February 28, 20251 yr OK, thanks a lot for the tip, I didn't know that. - PC Hardware: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D // Asus ROG Crosshair X870E HERO // 2x32Gb Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 6000MT/s CL30 // ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC Edition // 4Tb Corsair NVMe M.2 MP600 // Corsair 1600W PSU Samsung Odyssey Arc 55" curved 165 Hz monitor. - Simulator Hardware: VIRPIL Constellation Alpha Prime + VIRPIL VPC Universal Control Panel - #3 + MOZA AY210 Force Feedback Yoke + WINWING URSA MINOR 32 Throttle & PAC Metal + WINWING SKYWALKER Metal Rudder Pedals + WINWING Airbus FCU & EFIS + WINWING Boeing 3N PAP + WINWING MCDU-32 + WINWING PFP-4 + WINWING PFP 3-N + WINWING PFP-7.
March 1, 20251 yr I haven''t flown the Kodiak in around two years if I remember correctly. I decided to update it yesterday, after reading this thread. Wow what a shock, I had totally forgotten how to move around the G1000, and load a flightplan from simbrief, etc.. Going to spend a few days getting reacquainted with this aircraft, which I used to fly all the time.
