¿No hay versión para Mac?

I think there is no Mac version of map enhacement, it's a pity because you are missing a very good add-on.....

If you have space and curiosity (a removable disk is enough) I recommend to use Ortho4xp 1.4 (I use the version that is unzip and run) for your main flight zones, in my case most of Europe. Then I use Map enhacement for the rest of the world.

If you invest some time and a bit of research Ortho4xp is much better than the orthos of any current simulator, for me the combination that works best is Here Maps (with -30 colour saturation) and  Sony mesh for Europe (Arc in greenland)

Then install Simheaven and Global Forest 2 (the latter is the only paid one you need) offer very good results in many areas of the planet, I still do not understand how there is no application like global forest 2 in the other sim, it is certainly not perfect but it is really is very good in the areas that I know personally.

Any tutorials for ortho4xp?

Hi,

Are there any videos showing off map enhancement, the pro version? I don't remember seeing any, just screen shots. Right now I use Auto-Ortho with Sim-Haven and Orbx trees. Think I'll see an improvement over what I have?

Thanks

Hola,

Gracias

It all depends on your level of demand but I really think that to fly exclusively a 737 as you do I think that the free version of map enhacement is enough, to fly VFR if your machine can support it I would recommend it for only airliners....

For me the pro version expired a week ago and I haven't renewed it because I have the orthos in my main flight zone already downloaded with ortho4xp and I don't need more details if I fly in other zones.

Yes... I have the Pro version and it allows various sources for maps. I have found that Apple Maps provide me with the best visuals overall. There are regions where other sources are a bit better, but that's what works for me. I highly recommend that if you are looking for an ortho solution. It's only $5/month.
