The issue seems to be the server the file is communicating with is a known server for malicious activity.

Do you have a link to that? or a source?

You can follow the chain but here's a security expert's opinion on the situation after viewing the `any.run` results https://www.reddit.com/r/flightsim/comments/1kzrz9h/comment/mv9jpnw/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

Take with that what you will

(I'm keeping it as a link as it seems Avsim's embed aren't working)

It's only $120 for all those models if they actually get released.  All you can guarantee right now for that $120 is one model and so at the moment it has to be judged that way.

There was a good response to these reports by a cybersec guy who did a quick analysis. It seems more a case of lazy installer packaging (i.e., using a lot of default settings and no signed certificate

  • I don't know what is going on with these developers these days. Another early release with numerous bugs and an extremely high price ($120 to own it), which is beyond belief.

Was struggling to fire up the APU. Did not know that there should be one pack used. I was turning both pack on and APU bus was switching off.

Yesterday, fired up the APU, but both PFD displays stayed off, while MFD were ok. I tried switching between ground power and APU and accidentally the F/O's PFD appeared while captain's stayed off. Then the APU shut off and the F/O PFD went off also. Then I tried to keep on switching on the APU bus and then captain's PFD turned on (F/O stayed off). Then the APU bus switched off along with the PFD (by that time I still did not know that APU bus switches off when both packs are on). As a result, could not fire up the PFD displays and surrendered. Quit the sim...

Two days ago I did not have any issues with the displays. Is it a feature or a bug? What did I wrong?

Still no answer from css... Its over 24 hrs since i emailed them regarding this issue...

What kind of email do you use? Gmail or Hotmail or anything else?

Tried the plane today. I was pleased with my first flight.

Good performance, no electrical failure like above. Autopilot still need some tweaking, not holding altitudes in ALT HOLD but the real aircraft is far from perfect either.

I've had good performance also with it. Can't wait for them to iron out the aircraft and follow up with the -300.

Er, a 737 classic can very definitely hold altitude accurately in altitude hold mode.  If you want to talk about the occasional VNAV path oddity, sure (though I find most of what pilots blame on the airplane to be actually pilot induced, but there are times), but yeah... I flew -400s for years and never saw it having difficulty holding altitude.

Nice flex.

Talking about +/- 50 ft variation during cruise, corrected themselves.

Are you saying that flying a ratty 30 year old classic is a flex??  😬. I was not sorry to see them go lol.

Yeah even that shouldn’t really happen.  Our -300s and -400s at work are rock solid.
