This post will combine this thread with the airline thread. The other day I watched 3 episodes from the A&E series “Airline”, which followed Southwest Airlines. In those episodes, there were nothing but overbooked flights. That was the only subject. All these passengers that had their plans upended and were furious. I came away from this thinking “Which public relations genius at Southwest Airlines green lighted this program?”
