Doesn't bother me, and can be useful if I own the product and can learn about an update ... I transferred the plane from the Marketplace to Contrail because I wanted access to the new 2024 version when it first came out. I’m glad I transferred it because it took two months for MS to make the 2024 version available in the Marketplace. I also transferred all of my Orbx City Packs, airports and sceneries I purchased in the MP to Orbx to get the 2024 versions. The MP still hasn’t made the 2024 versions available.
September 6, 2025Sep 6 Yes this drives me mad! Every launch of 2024, I get a 'notification' that there is a 2024 upgrade available for the LVFR A330 that I wasted money on in 2020. I acknowledge and delete the notification and it's back the next day. September 7, 2025Sep 7 I have Airshow Assistant, but don't get that message. But I have the B-52, and I keep getting the message about the B-52 upgrade. Very frustrating that I can't get rid of the message, unless I want to pay for the upgrade, which I have no intention of ever getting, since it still doesn't make the plane complete or enjoyable. Same with Smaller Trees Pro, keep getting that message, but have to PAY for the upgrade. Aint No Way!!! 32GB DDR4 3200Mhz i7-9700K RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6
