Had CTD’s with this Beta yesterday, uninstalled and then reinstalled and worked fine afterwards, now back to CTD’s today when trying to load into a flight and I didn’t change a thing. 🤪

I exited the Beta then reentered the Beta and it is working fine now, so far at least.

Yeah, they totally borked it with this update. Hopped in the Cub and visually the throttle would move but it did not increase power. So tried to restart the flight and it froze up and I can’t exit the sim so hard reboot.

Anyone else having issues with the External Drone Camera crashing their plane when using it? There was one bug report so I added to it, but normally many people would contribute if widespread. This update doesn’t appear to have fixed it.

Seems to be an improvement for me!

Thanks for posting! I didn’t see in the Release Notes anything about fixing the Drone Camera or fixing issues when updating downloaded content.

My guess is they had to divert resources to 2020 SU16 for a few weeks and we’re now into the summer holiday season.

I searched for this mod at Flightsimto but didn’t find it. Do you have a link? Thanks! EDIt: Nevermind - finally found it but it’s listed only for 2020.

I use Voice Attack still and will be glad to use a more modern voice recognition software. VA uses MS default Speech Recognition Engine and it’s not great. FSFO also uses the same engine, but I haven’t used it. MCE is limited to the planes it supports. So can your product support any aircraft and what speech recognition engine are you using? I mainly fly GA, helicopters and bush planes but still find the need for voice commands to execute certain commands. Hoping, this will be versatile enough to support any type of flying or use case.

From reading through the posts here, AIG seems to be preferred over FSLTL. I haven’t used AIG. Why is it better than FSLTL? And from what I read, It seems not to be working in SU3 Beta and more complicated to get running in 2024.

If //42 released one new scenery per week, I would purchase every single one of them. Great dynamic environments breathing life into bush flying! I like flying them in the Classic Aircraft Simulation J3 Cub. No flaps and shoddy brakes really creates quite a challenge. Must hit your marks and if you don’t, well you get to see all the damage to your plane. 😂 And you’ll definitely be getting a workout on your forward slipping skills. Also, if you pick up the Hells Canyon Pack and you’re on PC, download the free Airport from Hell strips on FSTO. They mix in nicely with that payware pack and I actually like some of them better than what’s in the pack.
