I've tried every suggestion found in the Zen Desk with no luck.  I get the 1047 error in almost every flight session (1.6.7.0)

Sometimes I can click on OK and the session ends with a CTD. Other times I click on OK and the session resumes and runs perfectly. Several times the message locks the screen and makes the mouse disappear.

I have had sessions where the error occurs every couple minutes for an hour or so and then just stops appearing.

The Official MS forum has lots of comments but no solutions.

I've found complaints about the 1047 error on other gaming forums going back at least 4-years.  I guess this is a known problem with no user solution.

I had to reset my Cloud Save Data and that resolved the issue. I haven’t encountered the error since then. However, when you do this, it resets your logbook, history and controller settings to the OOBE (Out of the Box Experience).
