I upgraded my PC and when I started MSFS, it somehow left the beta and made me think it was downloading an update - when it was actually a downgrade lol. September 14, 2025Sep 14 somebody has aerosoft EBBR and uses SU4, can you please check at the gate, I have at every gate 2 man hanging in the air. I might suspect SU4.... What works for me right now is Navigraph Charts. That app, available in EFB with subscription, allows me to download a flight plan from file or Simbrief. Once that’s done you can export it back to avionics. YMMV. TANSTAAFL. Blue skies, -B
September 16, 2025Sep 16 Sorry to ask this again but my previous question was either missed, or not understood. I am on the SU4 Beta but noticed my "Flying Hours" is stuck at 203 hours. I have done many a 2-3 hour flight in the Fenix but the hours fail to increase. Flights appear ok in the list of previous flights in the log book but total hours is stuck. Are any of you able to confirm that you experience the same, or take note of your hours before and after a test flight for me please? I have reported this on the official forums also but no confirmation from others. Im finding a lack of purpose to flying in the sim if this does not increase. Using Free Flight, Developer Mode is OFF. Whilst it may be a bug you have to remember the point of the beta is not to play it as a normal release, it's there to help test, find issues and such. If you want to continue using the Sim as you would normally then roll back to SU3 and wait for SU4 to release to the public. I've switched to using RNAV until (hopefully) this is solved in SU4. September 16, 2025Sep 16 Have seen this with various default planes which use the WT code. Ini A350 and Fenix are fine as I assume they don't use the MSFS default ILS code. So I assume the other default ini aircraft are also safe. I did PHNL to KLAX in the A330-200 today, other than the already reported departure issue, it flew fine. To put in a departure correctly at the moment you need to put in an arrival first for some reason. This happens with all the default Airbuses except the A400M, probably because it uses completely different avionics. Edited September 17, 2025Sep 17 by Tuskin38
