September 28, 2025Sep 28 Did anyone of you succeed in managing the key bindings - especially for the pitch/vertical speed/indicated air speed wheel? There is some mentioning in the manual but I absolutely do not get it (my fault). How can I get the wheel functions on my streamdeck? There are also listed lot of „LVARs“ in the manual - unfortunately I do not find any of the „FSS_B727…“ vars if I try to filter them in Axxes and Ohs. September 30, 2025Sep 30 Picked this up. In the raw its pretty cool and the bigger engines help some. Its still a lead sled for the most part but it does climb out slightly better and you can get to a higher altitude better. Also seems to reach a faster cruising speed sooner over the regular 727 but its no fighter jet that is for sure! Systems wise I am finding some bizarre issues (FS2024). Granted I did not even look for a manual so take my issues with a grain of salt but so far I can't find a work around. I can't seem to get the AP to track my route using the NAV button. It says its engaged but nothing ever happens and it just flies the course last set in the HDG mode. I tried the GPS switch both ways but no difference. Also I can't seem to adjust my climb speed manually. I should be able to hit some toggle button somewhere and either lower the nose or raise the nose. It seems like its on some sort of preset. The Nose Up and Nose Down switches on the steering wheel don't seem to do anything. I think overall its pretty cool but will need a few patches before its better I think. I am also not ruling out user error to some degree. It has a rinky dink but updated cockpit with a much newer AP but still rinky dink.

My inaugural flight in this plane in PAE-ANC flying some fishing gear to Alaska in the Custom Air Transport default livery. I am now getting some sort of beeping and some sort of flashing "E" warning in the glass display by just simply going to an external view and coming back to the cockpit. I can't seem to find a way to turn off that warning. I "THINK" I might have found away to adjust my vertical speed since the AP turning knob on the new AP below the throttles also moves forward and aft. However I won't know until I try messing with it when I descend into ANC.
September 30, 2025Sep 30 Started my descent in ANC. Yes I am happy to report the circular knob thing below the throttles helps adjust your climb speed. So I am happy I figured that function out. However I never got it to track my flight plan the entire trip so this will take more figuring out.
