October 26, 2025Oct 26 I've been using PSXT in MSFS 2024 which offers a decent real life AI aircraft experience, but with no ATC. Just tried Beyond ATC at EGLL (Heathrow) and it has aircraft all over the place... BA aircraft starting at Terminal 4 (which they never would), A380s in the most ridiculous places. Surely it should know which airlines and aircraft should go where...? AMD Ryzen™ 9 9900X3D, AM5, Zen 5, 12 Core, 24 Threads, 4.4GHz, 5.5GHz Turbo 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 6000MHz Corsair Vengeance 32GB GeForce® RTX 5090 Graphics Card

Never had this issue myself at Heathrow and BA planes do use T3 on occasion as T5 you will get Iberia at T5 as you do in real life. Also what models are you using? October 27, 2025Oct 27 Moderator @BWBriscoe, that’s down to the info in the AFCAD. MSFS does have AFCADs does it? Do you have the means to view its content like ADE can in P3D? No such problems in SimWings EGLL for P3D. By now there really should be tools for MSFS. Ray (Cheshire, England). October 27, 2025Oct 27 whta helps me is setting "parked traffic" to off. this only injects BATC controlled traffic.. at least on my side with no online traffic this is convenient Carsten U
October 27, 2025Oct 27 I thought PSXT ignores MSFS scenery, so if an airport gets updated and the scenery in MSFS hasn't, the aircraft will taxi across a field. BATC and other ATC programs are at the mercy of the scenery designer. FS2024 • PMDG 738, 77F • FSL A321 • A2A Comanche, Aerostar • BS Baron, Bonanza, Caravan Pro • JF Tomahawk • TAOG H500C BeyondATC • GSX Pro • ChasePlane & Flow Pro • TDS GTNXi • FSUIPC • AutoFPS • RealTurb 9800X3D B650E • ROG OC RTX 5090 • 64GB DDR5-6000 • VKB Gladiator, STECS, T-Rudder • Tobii 5 • ISP 1 Gbps

So whatever the AFD of the scenery says is irrelevant as long as the radius of the parking spots is sufficient.

It’s of academic interest only now as I’ve heard back from the developers and they have no plans to make it compatible with P3D. I trust that real world data is accurate and updated as and when new parking positions become available such as the two new piers at Manchester T2. But then how does the airport scenery get updated to match the BATC stuff? Curiouser and curiouser. Ray (Cheshire, England). That’s true, but runways and taxiways at airports don’t change much, so it’s only a very minor disadvantage. Take Heathrow, for example — they’ve been talking about a third runway for about 30 years now Edited October 28, 2025Oct 28 by kiek
