What is the dynamic mode target frame at?  Mine is 1/2 of 180 90 but no sure if it gets that low with FSR3.

I don't have blurry issues.  My community folder is empty.

I used to set at 60 frames, I'm not using it anymore. Maybe I'm getting blurry ground textures because of this performance tank issue that users are reporting. For my understanding, the community folder with items there shouldn't be a problem, just like MSFS, but with this MSFS2024 who knows. Without dynamic mode off, Nvidia DLSS on 2x, and TLOD at 200 frames are great and ground textures crisp enough for my likings. It is this cockpit internal views transitions from one quick viewpoint to another that tanks the frames horribly every few seconds when I do the view transition, not necessarily the panning which is ok.

  • TLOD adjustments are a tempo fix at best and your performance will still tank albeit more slowly.. the ultimate fix has to come from Asobo

  • Hopefully Asobo fixes the issue soon because this is not acceptable at all

  • Maybe I have the same issue too, can you please tell me how are your transitions of your views to overhead or pedestal or pax wing views? are smooth or you see a great frames drop (like my case)? and

To me, it's like it is ignoring the off-screen pre-caching setting.

I disabled off screen pre caching, which must be done in UserCfg.opt and don't suffer from these types of issues.

I disabled Off screen Pre caching and still the issue is persisting

I see a lot of captains with high end hardware having a lot of fps problems. I have my old 3080 coupled with a 14900k, it's working very good here. Maybe 5080 users have to wait for new fs24 and driver optimizations? Or many of them had money for the new hardware but not the capability on how to get the best from it?

Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).

Yeah, with your current specs, I’d expect that but that’s not my question. I was asking how much frame rate are you getting?

about 45/50 fps without FG, steady 60 fps with Nvidia or AMD FG (30fps locked in MSFS24 settings, vsync on at 60Hz and 60 fps max frames from the Nvidia control panel. Rebar disabled from Nvidia inspector just for FS24. Now I'm playing with AMD FSR3 and it works better than the Nvidia FG mod: no ghosting, using less VRAM,  less artifacts. LOD at 100 and ultra settings for the trees, buildings, clouds etc. Playing at 4K, of course. Sometimes I get the off screen precaching problem, but it is not serious, I think that Asobo have to work more on this.

yes because mostly it's still a CPU bound simulator.

 Rig Specs; CPU AMD Ryzen 9950X3d, GPU 5090 32gb,  Memory 64GB 2x32 CL28 , WD-SN710 Black 500 GB, WD-SN710 Black  2TB, MSI x870XeTomahawk, Be Quit Straight power 1200 Watt platinum. LG Oled C4

I managed to solve the issue by disabling Nvidia Reflex via UserCfg !

1- REFLEX to OFF

2- and set the UserCfg File to Read Only! Via properties

apparently it caused me so much issues and now I’m testing in various airports including ini JFK and Performance Drops at all! Currently doing KJFK - LEMD and So Far it’s been Great
