FT EHAM and EKCH in MSFS2024

Featured Replies

Hello,

it looks like neither of these airports have been officially adapted for MSFS 2024 by developer, but I see that people are using both airports successfully in the new sim. What is the procedure? Simply move them both from FS20 community folder to FS24’s one?

would appreciate your help

TIA

I have yet to test these two in MSFS 2024, but I have checked EGNJ Humberside. That looks fine.....apart from low resolution textures on a parked airport tug. That problem looks similar to the low resolution texture taxiway signs that I have seen at several airports.

Well yes and EHAM looks pretty at least from outside so far. EKCH has some texture issues with the building/interiør

just like lgkr, cyyz amd klas,

but don’t worry someone will be along any minute now to say how great they are

at least they don't charge you a "cup of coffee".....same feeling here. They are slow and not giving any info.  The first one I understand as it is not there main job ( if I am correct ), the second one, not giving any info is annoying. Does not take that long to every now and then give an update about a scenery.  But hey they are still one of the best scenery makers without a doubt

I dont remember any 2024 updates or paying for anything. As far as I recall I just moved the MSFS version over to 2024 and it worked.

There are some small patches on flightsim.to for it

Just do a search for EHAM and see what you want or think you need.

I have just visited FlyTampa EHAM Amsterdam Schiphol for the first time in MSFS 2024. It looks to be displaying OK for the most part, and performance is good. However, there are a couple of things that I noticed.

  • Low resolution grass textures with no 3D procedural grass
  • Low resolution taxiway sign textures

We could do with a fix for both of those ASAP
