But a posh passive house, the latest tech and a Ferrari are not for me. A modest house and a Toyota Prius would do for me. And a good supply of Good and Plenty licorice pieces. BTW...I sold my Prius a few months ago after a couple of close calls. I have neither the attention span or reflexes to be a safe driver anymore. Noel The tires are worn. The shocks are shot.
