The more I "fly" with this bird, the more I appreciate it. I have no RL experience with GA aircraft at all, so I can't compare, but it seems to me that Milviz did a fantastic job simulating the flight dynamics of a twin engine within a PC simulator's limitations. A lot of love in the cockpit, a rich array of options and animations (an empty bottle of water that moves on the floor according to the roll !), great sounds, beautiful texturing for the most elegant GA aircraft ever. Just perfect!!

I very much agree. Honeycomb products are not cheap although not first class quality (2 switches don't work anymore after 6 months), and their support is nonexistent.

Thank you both. No, the mod doesn't help. But I've just found a fix! 😃 The mode selector on the Bravo must be set to ALT and then the AP is disengaged. (probably one of the numerous remaining bugs with the Bravo) Hope it will help others.

I've got a very nasty problem with the Honeycomb Bravo Quadrant: Autopilot is forced on in all aircraft equipped with the KAP140. It's impossible to turn it off. Happens with the default C172, Milviz Porter, Milviz C310 and probably others. With the C310, I can pull the AP circuit breaker, but that's not a smart solution. I've searched a fix on various forums to no avail. Any idea? Thx!

Either I'm too old to understand this world or I'm getting grumpy, but I can't help howling at such self-centeredness, intolerance and lack of gratitude. In any case, there is no better way to discourage those who offer us the fruits of their labor for free, and whom I will never cease to thank for that.

Yes, price is too high and only "aficionados" will purchase it, unfortunately. Knowing that the systems coding is already done and mature since the P3D version, folks like us are paying full price for a ported product from previous FS versions and that is a bit harsh, particularly when some new MSFS features are not exploited (interactive checklists, drone's views presets, cockpit high quality texturing, surround sounds and so on). At least one would have expected a discount for this new version when owning previous ones. But despite that, I don't regret my purchase because this bird is a joy to fly. I just hope Leonardo will enhance his product soon with a bit more love on the visuals and sounds in order to enjoy the MD-82 as it deserves in MSFS environment.

512.69 installed and GFE is working fine here after SU9.

90€ is a rather expensive investment for an add-on, but the ROI is almost immediate for passionate people like you Jose, you can believe me.

I just performed a maiden short flight and she hand-flies smoothly and heavily, maybe better than in P3D but its too soon actually to give you a decent answer.

Yes, that's true. That's why I couldn't resist clicking on the purchase button after some hesitations (...). And I don't regret it, it looks and flies beautifully. This bird reminds me my first professional flights on the elegant French "Caravelle" long time ago. We were 3 folks in the cockpit, all of us wearing heavy wool socks because it was so freezing inside, with nasty air flows coming from the AC directly on our legs! 😄 Such a nice time when pilots were indeed flying and not just monitoring computers.

Rob, you must click on the "Save & Sync" or "Save & exit" button on the upper right side of the Load Manager after choosing your cockpit state.

Is it forbidden to expect both accurate and deep systems (kudos to Leonardo for that) AND updated textures matching new MSFS potential?

That's really disappointing for such a high pricing. I was about to click on the purchase button because I love this plane, but I will wait and see if Leonardo brings a bit more love to the visuals in a future update before jumping in.

I don't remember complaining about fps after a Boeing systems update but I might be wrong, already 4 years retirement! 😄

The whole "Birds" series is one of the best addons for MSFS in terms of immersion, IMO. Additionally, the developer is very friendly and reactive.
