  1. PG does NOT have to be off in DATA. You still get all the PG around the world...only PG Cities....that is what triggers the FPS dump while on the ground...a Main Thread issue. I have PG Cities deleted, but PG as on in Data.
  2. Same for me...with them on...as much as a 12 FPS hit on the ground...lift off a few hundred feet and they restore. So, I also have them all 'as deleted'. I hope M.S. finds out why with PG cities installed, and on the ground, or near to flare...the FPS drops in the porcelain.....
  3. Yes, that is/was true at the first few updates, but I think the author has that now covered and corrected. I only had on one occasion the M.S. Bing Server, and it still would not stay connected yesterday.
  4. It was the M.S. Server overload by users yesterday afternoon and evening. This morning, Catalina loaded in quick and hot...same for the new updated San Diego. Yesterday, the M.S. Servers were on/in 'meltdown'...
  5. I think that maybe they (M.S.) have reached their on-line 'live stream' saturation as per their current Servers and everybody downloading the update, and then trying it out...killed it off... yesterday afternoon and evening....
  6. Hi Sham...no rolling cache ever on...the constant You have blah, blah was around using MSFS between 5 PM and 6:30 PM yesterday afternoon. A lot of folks were test flying the update...
  7. I have a 1 GB download speed, and now, for the last half hour, no matter where I try to fly, I get YOU HAVE TOO LOW BANDWIDTH, SWITCHING YOU TO OFF LINE MODE. Yeah right... This is the true fatal of MSFS...you need to be live to a server...and here is the result...M.S. can't handle the current demand...
  8. 40 percent load bar...and it sits... Anybody else?
  9. First suggestion that you run FSR Pro 2.0 under as Administrator...and second, check to see that you have the auto-run box clicked under SETTINGS. That should do you...
  10. It is...totally worth the price of a 'burger and drink'...lol. The immersion over the CORE is night and day as you 'feel' through your eyes...and the aural cues backs that up. So enjoying this update... Ses
  11. I just do NOT get this yammering about a stinking $6.00 USF!!!! WTH?!?!?? Folks...are you really so drawn out, or financially extended that you can't give up $6.00 for added features...the cost of a crappy hamburger and drink, that you'd buy without the drama...and THAT purchase running through your colon and down the porcelain, a few hours later... Gawd folks...what is the drama here?!?!?!? Buy the dang upgrade or not...enjoy it...or not....but to have so many pages, yammering on, about this should be free...the added features is not worth $6.00 ...really? OK...so DON'T BUY IT! Don't try to influence others to not buy also, because someone has a corn broom up the back end over $6.00 BUCKS! OMG.... Now...my post will be about how I really like the new camera features....I get a much deeper immersion in the cabin and cockpit, for that $6.00, and I am still discovering new features depended on the air frame I am running....pavement, grass, rocks and debris, and water.... There is also a new (I had not seen this in Xplane...a very subtle vibration that you can see....or 'cerebrally feel'...a 'buzzing' of the dash...(not a noise) but how your brain would intepret that visual. It changes with RPM, and torque. Great upgrade...and it won't need a visit to the bathroom, 6 hours after purchase....
  12. It does in front of you...and there are also dash vibrations...first I have seen for that effect....and I'm lovin' this upgrade....
  13. Immersion is just great! Great visual buffeting around Myrtle Beach today, with Live Weather coming in for a Final,...the cabin was rockin' and rolling! Then both the start and stop engine cabin shudder....just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat! Great update price, too!
  14. I think you have no throttle advance. Before you taxi, you need to move with your mouse arrow, each throttle T-handle to mid point for a second, and then bring them down to IDLE. Then after you do that, make sure that both T-handles move (advance) and retard with your controls. When that happens you now have full range of throttle....
  15. It ROCKS...my first flight...I was not properly trimmed, and I could not get the H-Jet to rotate...and I crashed at the end of the runway....poof...12 million of shrapnel. The flight model (in my opinion) is much more accurate for real life, than some of my Asobo Premium Deluxe content...my 64 cents. 🙂
  16. Greazer, I have TRIM set to one of my two buttons on my Logitech Extreme Pro Flight Stick, which sit one above the other. One is set for TRIM 'up' and the other for TRIM 'down'. I then can use it to control each and every TRIM setting on any loaded in plane. You do that from the JOYSTICK or YOKE settings page. Once done...that's that for all planes!
  17. All you have to do...is this: After a successful dual engine start...physically move both throttle handles, one after the other, quickly mid thrust, and then back down to Idle. That will engage your joy stick or yoke assigned throttle lever, or quadrant. That's all you need to do, without any other fiddling around...
  18. Stoopy typed: Meanwhile the HJet just oozes quality, attention to detail, convenience and innovation that makes it a much nicer place for me to cruise at altitude and watch the world go by, albeit at approx 100 knots or so less, but still swiftly. All for the price of a decent pizza these days. So although my time with the Longitude represents an hour or two out of my life that I will never get back, it makes me appreciate the HJet even more than I already did. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Totally support your comments.... Fav plane now...out of the whole Deluxe Premium 'fleet'....
  19. There you go...I'll have to try that faster one...good stuff...
  20. "Gawd...but do I LOVE this plane!"----> Great immersion, intuitive cockpit and displays...TONS of user driven variables...comportment....WOW, WOW, and WOW! Just landed at Myrtle Beach, inbound from Flint, Michigan...and this is certainly, now, my go-to 'sled' for mostly ...well, everything! Best bang for the MSFS buck, I have seen! A tip....for anybody that has the MSFS load bar seem to stall at around 55-70 percent load in....merely open up the Task Manager Window...and then wait three seconds and close it. I believe that there is a MSFS SU9 'glitch' between MSFS SU9 and W10/11, that hangs W10/11. When you force W10/11 to focus on the Task Manager...it breaks that 'stall' and W10/11 then carries on with the task of loading MSFS fully to the opening 'whada you wanna do ' screen. If your load in stalls, give this tip a go...it works every time for me....
  21. Question, how does one get back into the cabin? I looked in Camera's but didn't find a way to get back there...
