  1. It does appear to only have US charts, so I guess won't help you much if you require European and/or Canadian charts. It does allow you to enter routes and flight follow from Fsx. Some of my newer videos on YouTube show how I use it Http://www.YouTube.com/temeculagoldxchange
  2. Fltplan go works wonderfully with iPad / fsx. Not quite as feature packed as foreflight, but it is free and awesome for simming
  3. Thank you....
  4. I have no problem editing the code....below preferably. I need/want to see freq, dme and ID for any VOR/ILS tuned in NAV1. In a perfect world, would love to see NAV2 info on opposite side Sorry Bert...just saw your code....if I can't have my cake and eat it too, your code will work for me....the id is the main thing I need, I can always look at my radio stack to make sure I have the right freq tuned.... Thanks for the code
  5. Does anyone know how to add the VOR identifier to the EHSI? For instance, say I have Santa Monica VOR tuned, I would like the EHSI to display SMO....Is it possible to add the code to the XML gauge?
  6. Perfect...thanks...didn't see that anywhere in the docs! Brian Pollock
  7. Is there an .ini control that will turn off the bezel completely ( not just hide controls and leave black space) and just show the lcd screen so I can incorporate into an emuteq hardware? Thank you Brian Pollock
  8. I also have to say 'Roger' at the beginning of every confirmation, and have to say 'with you' at the end of every new ATC switch over. Other than that, a great program!
  9. Oh well...worth a shot!
  10. ATI Radeon Xpress 200 Series. I wasn't expecting a great experience given I'm running XP with 2gb RAM, but I thought I could at least blow some of my day without the boss (read: wife) finding out!Version 8.30.00
  11. Tried to install on work computer just to check it out and I get an error..."Microsoft flight cannot run because the shader version of your video card...." blah, blah, blah.It there an software fix/upgrade for this or is it a hardware limitation of my video card?Brian
  12. I believe the black handle that spans multiple axis come with the quad that sells separately
  13. I used this guys guide to setup mine....works great!http://nzff.org/foru...?showtopic=7549PS....As a previous poster mentions...you MUST use FSUIPC....you may even need the registered version...not sure????
  14. I see you also wrote gaugomate.....I understand it is opposite to key2mouse.....I would liek to see a freeware version for something exactly simular to key2mouse for fsx...any possibilities?

Ya, I get it...for the low and slow crowd it looks like some very beautiful scenery.

It looks very nice but at $.01/sq mile and the USA being approx 3537441 sq miles...that is a whopping $25,374.41. Hmmmmm????
  17. "Cockpit Commander Gauge" - Can I get more info on that????
  18. Does this pre-accouncement pertain to just weather engine or can we expect an announcment regarding the Flight Planner?
  19. My understanding is that the Friendly panels are simply a wrapper for the default GPS500. You will not have access to things like SIDS/STARS. The simavionic FMS, while generic, is capable of updating the NAVDATA and is programmible with SIDS/STARS. My preference is simavionics.PS. I would also suggest looking at the RXP GNS500. While it isn't normally found in heavy metal, it is alot easier to learn and use (my opinion), plus lets you use SIDS/STARS (not updatable unfortunately)
  20. I believe that http://isgsim.com uses a licensed variation from Lee. These gauges and FMS are terrific and can be configured for just TCAS usage.
  21. Does anyone know the mathimatical vspeed formula for determining V1/Vr/V2?
  22. Does anyone know how to program custom sounds using offsets? For instance, flying the default FSX learjet, I hear the 80 knots call, but I do not hear V1/Vr/V2 calls. I would also liek to hear a 60 know call when reverse thrust is active, so i kno wwhen to shut off???
  23. I was thinking of using a touchscreen, but 19" touch screens are a bit pricey. I use 3 19" samsung monitors with a triplehead2go unit for the out side view. I removed all VC textures which gives me a nice view outside and the ability to use the hat switch to pan around. Then on my 19" monitor attached to the 2nd video out on my 7950GT card, i have my all-in-one 2D gauge which I undock. This gives me the best of the VC and 2D world.
  24. Nice job...I'm a big fan of the Learjet and love the all in one type of panels. In case you are curious, i've attached my all-in-one version. If anyone is interested in the panel.cfg changes, simply PM me.
