  1. looks great! is it safe to say it's not on hold anymore? really looking forward to this.
  2. AP coupled ILS works well. No issues to report.
  3. No problem. Yes: I installed the GTN 750 and REX/Milviz WX Radar. The 750 works as a 2D pop up, same with the wx radar (http://www.rexsimulations.com/radar.html). I still need to run my own test flights to ensure total functionality with the 750 - I will update once tested. Auto pilot: HDG, ALT, VS work fine. I have yet to fly a coupled approach - I will update when I do. Flashing and missing parts: When I first installed the a/c I experienced the flashing and missing textures (yoke, pedals, door). I edited the CFG to 0 and reinstalled and the issues (as of now) are resolved. FPS: roughly 47FPS with that said I recently upgraded to the GTX1080. From my short flight last night, I am happy with this addon. I'll be flying it more this weekend and I will report back.
  4. Some pictures on the ramp highlighting the details. I'll add inflight shots later today. http://s1258.photobucket.com/user/nisx88/XPL25D/story
  5. Just got it. Flew KMIA-KEYW. Coming off of the flysimware 35A it does feel different. I'll be flying it more and I'll follow up with screen shots. Overall first impressions are positive.
  6. Were you cleared to descend via a specific approach?
  7. I'm very impressed and have had no issues with Flysimware's Learjet 35: http://flysimware.com/website/LEARJET_35A.html Best Regards, -nisx
  8. I think it depends on what it is that you're looking for between the two aircraft. If you're looking for modern, the EMB is the choice. Looking for more of a classic less automated option, Lear 35. I do not own the EMB so I cannot comment on the flight characteristics; however, I can attest to FSW 35's flight characteristics: in my opinion, very refined and authentic. I have not encountered major bugs with FSW 35 and you can integrate F1's GTN 750 with ease (two majors pluses in my mind). The major downside at face value would be the graphics. The EMB looks better in my opinion. After flying FSW 35 around for a bit I have to say that the cockpit grew on me - overall I think the FSW 35 is a great option. -Nisx
  9. All, Has anyone experienced unwanted A/P disengagements? If so, any known fixes? I'm using CH Products yoke. Thanks, -Ethan G
  10. Hello All, If you're interested in the business side of corporate aviation, please take a look at Virtual Aero Management Services: http://www.virtualvams.org. The goal is to simulate a corporate flying environment. Each member acts as a lead pilot, virtually maintaining, tracking, and conducting all flights and associated administrative duties. If you are looking for more than just flying, come check us out. Current Fleet: E55, C550, L-1011, A320. http://www.virtualvams.org -Ethan
  11. All, Is there a way to load multiple aircraft at the same time? For example if I wanted to take a screenshot of several types at the same time? Thanks NISX
  12. Is the FMC fully functioning?

If anything IAF747 is contributing to the hobby, not "forcing". Kevinh makes a valid point regarding regulation within the hobby, however, this seems unrelated. As Kevinh mentioned, there are va's that have similar systems in place - this hobby is open to interpretation and improvement. If IAF747 wants to produce and promote realworld abnormal scenarios in the form of standardized training and testing, more power to him. If someone wants to sign up, okay, if not, thats okay as well. I think its great to be creative. Some people like taking off and engaging the autopilot at 500 feet and waiting for 14 hours just to watch an auto landing. Others would rather fly a single engine- partial panel approach (if thats possible on an addon) down to minimums. Whatever floats your boat, its a computer simulator -sam
  14. Two thirds of the way up on the screen I am getting this strobe effect. Any thoughts? Thanks for the help in advance. - Sam
