In the FMC ngx option there is an option that the yoke/joystick override the auto throttle, try to desable that option.

Ok, thank you all, Burnspot find the solution what I did, put the FSinn weather on Cavok then in the world-weather, i put updated realistic weather now TAT is minus 18C and performance is back to, what I think, normal :) thank you all, fantastick product too!

Yes TAT is currently 59 and me too I think THIS is the problem, but this is the fsinn weather generator that im using and cannot recycling it :SAnd already tried Max rate in climb page

vnav path happened when I decide to cruize , now im in cruize and the n1 cannot maintain crz speed so i have to set manuelly the N1 to get to my crz spd...
