Potential improvements for sky colors
I tried a different method (https://github.com/jet2code/arpc-injector) and ended breaking my MSFS 2020 .exe. Long story short, after modifying the .exe I got a compatibility error when starting the Sim (not recognized as being a 64 bit file). The odd thing was that the problem persisted even after changing the modified .exe with the unmodified .exe backup file. I also want to point out that my MSFS 2020 install (MS Store) had the .exe encrypted... so it would never work.

Aerosoft Madera X in P3D V3.3?
It will work although with some severe limitations. A new LPMA is being made, but at this point I don't know details about the level of detail of the airport and island. I also presume tha LPPS (minor inhabited island and airport of the archipelago) is not going to be included/made. Please check the following links: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/107197-madeira-x-troubleshooting/ http://simmershome.de/madeira-fuer-p3d-v2-fix/

Taxi2Gate LTBA Wheels Issue
I don't know if we share the same cause. But regarding the end result, I can tell you that back on the days, when I had my Sim running (v3.2), I had the exact same bug with Latin VFR San Diego (KSAN) and Aerosoft A3xx tubes. Never understood why and never found a cure for it.

FPS slump on approach
I do understand what you're saying, I myself suffer from some type of "OCD issues" regarding this problem. But I have found, regarding Prepar3D, that it is more a matter of smoothness than to achieve a fixed FPS minimum. Although with all the bells and whistles and the various addons it's more easy to say than done! PS: Thanks for the inputs Afterburner.

I am very curious about this as well!

F22-Raptor HUD - Display off Centre
If you are using EZCA it's a piece of cake to set the POV position to your liking. Just hit numeric keyboard key 2 and adjust using cursor keys, PgUp, PgDwn and your mouse. Finish the operation using the initial 2 key.

Unable to install Simconnect with Prepar3D v3.3
Thank you for the support Steve! Unfortunately no joy. It's definitely a weird issue, when googling, it shows 3 results and one of the 3 it's my post. :t0116: https://www.google.pt/search?q=Microsoft.ESP.SimConnect%2Cverion%3D%221.0.20.0%22%2Ctype%3D%22win32%22%2CprocessorArchitectue%3D%22x86%22%2CpublicKeyToken%3D%2267c7c14424d61b5b&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b&gfe_rd=cr&ei=Q59QV8m8Goes8wfC_5vACg Pois é... Unable to install Simconnect with Prepar3D v3.3
Regarding your remarks the only thing I can remember is this (The pic if from an earlier v3.2 install but it also happened in V3.3): But I have this issue in all previous builds (since Prepar3D v2.0) with no visible side effects, I just click ignore... Never understood why. I have all of the above software with latest updates.

Unable to install Simconnect with Prepar3D v3.3
I have posted this on the Prepar3D forum but since I had no responses I though it as a good idea to try it here. Fresh Win 10 x64 Pro (all updates) installation + Fresh Prepar3D v3.3 Installation and I am unable to install SimConnect from ...Flightware\Prepar3D v3\redist\Interface folders using .msi files. I have tried installing SimConnect.msi files located in the following folders ...\Prepar3D v3\redist\ESPv1 ...\Prepar3D v3\redist\Interface\FSX-RTM\retail\lib ...\Prepar3D v3\redist\Interface\FSX-SP1\retail\lib ...\Prepar3D v3\redist\Interface\FSX-SP2-XPACK\retail\lib And fail to install all of them. I am always getting this error: An error occurred during the installation of assembly 'Microsoft.ESP.SimConnect,verion="1.0.20.0",type="win32",processorArchitectue="x86",publicKeyToken="67c7c14424d61b5b". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. What should I do? This is the first time I had this issue (never had this error with FSX, Prepar3D v1.x, Prepar3D v2.x and Prepar3D v3.2) Regards, Luís

Frames - Limited or Unlimited?
On my system smoothness is achieved with Vsync Adaptive (half refresh rate) and Triple Buffer ON in nVidia control panel. In Sim settings I have Unlimited FPS, VSync ON and Triple Buffer ON. (using 60Hz HDTV)

FPS slump on approach
With Aerosoft Buses A3xx, FTX Global, FTX Vector, FTX LC EU & NA, Pilots FS2010 Mesh, REX TD+Soft Clouds, ASN, EZCA, GSX, Traffic Optimizer, My Traffic 6, Pro ATC X and dozens of add ons airports with not a single Prepar3D tweak except (RSP). And I have the FPS Slump On Approach... so who knows which culprit might be. I don't own NGX's (yet) but have Aerosoft Buses and Majestic Q400 (Still don't know how to fly it so I really cant tell anything as I don't fly this aircraft just yet) but the issue is there with the airbus.

I assume you are not suffering from this issue? Can you share what ad-dons are you using?

Simple Sun Mod Help
I finally figure it out!!! The Majestic Q400 Pro and A2A Piper Comanche were a bit more tricky but everything is now working as it should. I even modded the simple sun mod a bit replacing one of the textures because I didn't liked the effect on Prepar3D v3.2 with HDR on. If someone is having a hard time making this great mod work with your P3D just ask for help and I will be more than happy do support your cause. lol

Wierd motion blur thing
Unfortunately I do not have any more "tricks" to throw at you... Except suggesting an hardware upgrade. Can you OC your CPU? is it the K version? Buy a better monitor an SSD and a new, better, GPU and you should be all good!

Simple Sun Mod Help
No luck!!! I am unable to get simple sun mod to work. The sun textures are working but the lens flare is not working in all default or payware aircraft (A2A Piper Comanche, Aerosoft Twin Otter Extended and Majestic Q400 Pro) only exception is all of the Aerosoft Buses A3xx. But I am only getting the lens flare from the buses cockpits, the effect it´s not working in exterior views. And the lens flare I'm getting is from REX not simple sun mod... Go figure??? Tried your Master Effect configuration... With my settings and monitor it is quite subtle on the color section and it did darkened Prepar3D world and cockpits a bit. Thanks for sharing for sharing it! I am also having a weird problem with antennas and chimneys that I am unable to fix, check http://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6312&t=119343, I will be AFK for the next couple of days and when I return I think I am going to format my OS and start all over again LoL

Wierd motion blur thing
Your monitor as a response time of 5 ms you shouldn't be experiencing ghost images with a application like Prepar3D. Are you using the native resolution and refresh rate (1920x1080@60Hz)?

Wierd motion blur thing
I would suggest to delete your Prepar3d.cfg in order to rebuild a brand new one. Stop using nvinspector for now. Launch nvidia control panel and restore the default profile, then set the following settings: single display performance, prefer maximum performance, v sync adaptive (half refresh rate), triple buffer on. Use the latest nvidia driver 365.19. Delete your p3d shader cache. After entering p3d, change FPS to unlimited, tick triple buffer and vsync, finally disable FXAA. Launch a flight and check the smoothness. If everything is fine start from here changing your settings. Do it one of a time always testing the sim then move to another setting.

+1 and I have read several people complaining about the same. Unfortunately it seems to be a limitation/bad optimization of this build (?)

Simple Sun Mod Help
Well I have sorted the irradiating sun but not so sure about lens flare... First, I'm unable to get lens flare to work in exterior views and secondly the lens flare I have seems quite different from yours (e.g not seeing the rainbow effect). Maybe it's using REX lens flare effect?? BTW can you share your master effects file. I have tried using Reshade some of time ago but was unable to create a credible configuration to use with Prepar3D. Thanks, Luís

Simple Sun Mod Help
This is becoming quite a traumatic experience lol... I tried default sun, REX sun and simple mod sun and was unable to have lens flare with the default F22 no matter what (both interior and exterior). Default F22 video: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bxru_hUFUsxeNlZuSFZHRHFTSTg Tried the Rex Sun with another aircraft (A320) and was able to have lens flare inside the cockpit. Was unable to have the effect with exterior views though. Here is my edited cameras.cfg file. Am I doing it right? Simple Sun Mod Help
Yes I have all the backups... RSP and Shade. I have done the test without any mod and with the default files (backed up by RSP and Shade). The results are always the same no matter what. The following video can confirm the previous photos. As you can see the sun as nothing to do with the desirable look and there is no lens flare effect at all. https://drive.google.com/open?id=0Bxru_hUFUsxeYVVuZFVjeUNqQWM Didn't tried REX Sun mods yet cuz I was going to give sun simple mod a shot... BTW I come from a fresh clean Prepar3D install... From all of my add-ons only have a few installed... Just using FTX Global + FTX LC EU & NA+ FTX Vector + FTX Trees + PercipitFX + Pilots 2010 Mesh + RSP + Shade + REX + ASN + EZCA + Mytraffic v6.0a + Ships ai. My Prepar3D.cfg has zero user made tweaks.
