I would be very careful with such a statement that nobody uses P3D anymore. There are certainly still people who use P3D because they've invested a lot of money in the sim and can't or don't want to simply switch platforms/hardware. But what bothers me about PMDG's policy is that they charge for every product when the platform changes. And the worst part is that the products are still full of bugs. Yes, other developers have problems too, but like with Ini, there were two versions for the price of one, and you didn't have to pay extra for the Fenix either.

Unfortunately, I don't find PMDG credible. We were promised so much in P3D – a major update for the 777 with a new virtual cockpit! Then MSFS came along, and P3D was left out in the cold. It's very frustrating for customers who have invested hundreds of euros in P3D products, and the same thing is happening with MSFS. Microsoft will provide updates and support for both simulators, so why is the focus solely on one? Could it be that new MSFS 2024 users haven't paid for their products yet? That other solutions work is demonstrated by INI, FS Labs, and Fenix. Even the A340/600 from Aerosoft and To Liss is compatible with both platforms. Just my opinion and thoughts on this topic.

Hello, is anyone else having this problem with the in-game options in MSFS 2024? The chase plane isn't working anymore, and the entire menu bar is just a gray bar. Last night, I couldn't even log into the sim because it got stuck during authentication. I tried again now, and the sim starts, but now this problem is happening. Everything is OK in MSFS 2020 .

I have two SIM computers, one of which also runs P3D v4, and I used FFTF there as well. I started the program just for fun, and hey presto, it works. The error message I got with V5 no longer appears, so there must be a counter somewhere in the registry or the EXE file. Since I haven't flown V4 in ages, that's probably why it still works. Yesterday I flew with V5 again, and the V5 version still worked there. It's really annoying, but we have to accept that P3D and the associated program are disappearing more and more frequently. Even after paying so much money for everything. The situation is similar with the Black Marble products. The software is no longer usable there either (even the settings no longer work) because there is no connection to the server.

The taxi camera light that worked in version 1.04 is also not working in version 1.06.

How have you configured the brake axes? What kind of hardware is used for braking? Do you have rudder pedals or do you use the joystick? Many questions that need to be answered first. When you set up the brake axes in the MSFS, make sure that the checkboxes for reverse are set. Otherwise your brakes will be stuck when you step on them.

My personal opinion is that Asobo and MS were clearly speculating on the Christmas business. Because bringing such a half-finished product onto the market is pretty crazy. After all the hype that was created around this sim, you would have thought that the rush would be huge. Personally, I don't think it's a good idea for everything to be streamed. If the servers don't work, the sim won't work either. I won't switch from the 2020 to the 2024 for the time being and am glad that I still have my P3D v5, which works very well even without streaming.

So, after a lot of back and forth and because I finally found the problem, I wanted to share it with the community in case someone has a similar problem. Uninstalling the PMDG 737 and deleting all folders didn't help either. So I thought about what else could be related to the 737 and came across the FS2 Crew. Deleting the FS2 Crew and all folders then had the desired result. FS2 Crew freshly installed and now everything is running smoothly again.

Hello, I have a very strange problem with my PMDG 737 fleet. If I load the planes with the standard livery, the VC loads without any problems. If I use a different livery, whether from PMDG Central or Flightsim.to, the VC is only loaded the first time. If I close the sim and restart it and then load the same plane again, the VC is empty and only the windshield wipers are visible, the rest of the VC is missing. Everything else on the plane is there. The problem can only be solved if I delete the livery via PMDG Central and reinstall it. As I haven't flown the 737 for a long time, I can't say when the problem started. But it also happens when the community ordner only contains the 737 fleet, I've already tested that. Has anyone had a similar problem and is there a solution for it?? The PMDG 777 works without problems and so do all the other planes!!!

What I'm a little surprised about is why the EFB wasn't integrated as nicely as in the P3D version. I don't think the tablet is a particularly good solution. Or is there an option to have it like in the P3D version. Otherwise, I'll test the plane myself from Wednesday and see what it's like. I love the 777, it's the only long-haul plane I fly.

Hello, the weather was fine for a VR approach Autobrake were at level 3 and everything else was configured correctly. I have been flying PMDG's 777 and 747 in P3D for many years and there are no problems here. I also don't have any such problems with the Fenix or the Kuro 787. When I open the reverser they immediately run at full load, without the reverser only with autobrake the plane rolls out gently. I configured the reversers with FSUIPC and, as I said, no plane in MSFS shows such behavior.

Hallo, die 787-9 ist ein wunderschönes Flugzeug, nicht auf PMDG oder Fenix LKevel, aber wirklich toll. Was mir allerdings nicht gefällt, ist der starke Umkehrschub, den ich noch nie bei einem Flugzeug hatte, so dass das Flugzeug fast zum Stillstand kommt, wenn man den Rückwärtsgang antippt. Hat das noch jemand beobachtet??

Then I downloaded mr SweetFX and the Configurator of this page http://simtweak.com/ unpacked on the desktop. Start the Configurator and FSX selected .exe has also worked well data has been copied, but if I get the FSX Start FSX and the start screen of this starts to load and then go out easy.
