Hi Bob Yeah I turned off mcafee before I uninstalled it and it seemed to work for me but as you said your FeelThere phenom works fine so its probably not your ant-virus. Hope you get it sorted soon! Regards,

HI This reminds me of a problem I had with the Feel There Phenom, for some reason my anti-virus Mcafee saw the Phenom as a threat and kept constantly scanning it, hence giving really poor performance. (This also happened with other addons as well) The only thing that worked was to uninstall Mcafee and install MSE instead and ive never had a problem since. This may not be the root of your problem but its worth bearing in mind. Regards.

Well,it aint no NGX that's for sure! Ive spent a few days getting used to (Boeings) fly by wire and auto throttle system, flying her manually, and I would say ive just about got her figured out. Now its time to do my first long haul and use the auto cruise and I personally think this aircraft will take some beating, god only knows what they have planned for the new 747! Regards.

Hi guys I don't know if this will make any difference but ive reinstalled FSUIPC and now even with MSE turned on im getting the same performance as I did in the NGX. It may not same for everyone but it definitely has worked for me, its worth a try. Regards.

Yes its MSE ive just turned it back on and im getting the stutters again just gonna have to fly with it off.

For some reason Microsoft security essentials does not like my 777 I get about 25fps and it stutters quite bad however if I turn the security off I get 30fps in all situations and its smooth as butter! Never had this problem with other pmdg products but I love it anyway!

Now the price has come down a bit im sure my bank manager will give me a loan! :lol:

Im going to florida in September flying on one of Thomsons Dreamliners and have been looking forward to it, but two fires on the same make of aircraft is just un-nerving. Im seriously considering asking if it would be possible to switch to another aircraft like the 767 its an oldie but a goodie!
