I have 32 gigs of ram. With UHD in the Vancouver area the FPS was terrible. So I deleted it.

Anyone experience frame drop. My frame drop between 7 to 10 fps.

Fare enough dmarques69, I have it setup in advance mode to max detail mode and I am running max graphics. I use it primary to trouble shoot the areas that go below 30fps.

It is called 3jFPS-wizard11. You will need 3 files; FlyWithLua, 3jFPS-control and 3jFPS-wizard. This is an excellent plugin.

Boomer, if you do not have a fast computer with at least 16gigs of ram and a fast video card then forget it. But if you do, it is well worth it. There are so many free plugins,scenery, airports, ortho4xp, HD mesh ver. 4, and the list go on. I enjoy it so much now that I have deleted P3D, FSX and all of my purchase addons including Orbx, PMDG, Active Sky and the list go's on. This is my system specification: Intel i7-4790k running @ 4.6Ghz, 32 gigs of DDR4 ram, GTX 1070 and Windows 10.

Yes P3D as some issues. Every time I installed an aircraft or Orbx scenery it work fine however, the next day when I tried to start P3D it ask for registration. Finally, one day it refused my registration. I had registration issues with all the previous versions of P3D that I own.This time I got fed up and just deleted everything. Maybe one day I will re-install P3D,But for now, I am quite satisfied with X-Plane 11.

Yes Steam version can get beta updates. I am currently in version 11.20vr1. If you want beta update, right click on your steam X-Plane 11 go to properties, in the tab update use high priority and tab betas use public. beta. You will see your X-plane 11downloading the files. If you want to go back to the last update, just reset your beta tab setting to NONE- op-out and go back to 11.11r2.

For those who wish to add free plug-ins for X-Plane. This is an excellent video from Thomas Rasmussen. If any people know about other plug-ins not mention in this video, please let the community know.

I agree, Realistic Pro is one of the best addon along with x-camera. I have been using these addons from the beginning. The developers are very dedicated to there work and always continue to make updates.

Use the up and down button and adjust the elevation.

I guess some people do not get it. X-Plane is a society of talented people who some of them put up there work for free. So airports are always updated and will continue to grow.

Well said man. I agree if you are serious about flight simulators then make sure you have a good rig with a lots of ram.

What I mean about the abuse is that P3D v3 gave me so much problems with lag and oom so I was fed up with the abuse lol

Why would he want to go back to P3d version 3 when version 4 is out and it is 64bit. I guess he like the abuse. LOL
