I previously had ORBX traffic selected and would not get any other AI traffic, once I turned off the ORBX traffic option my other AI traffic returned. It worked for me, just thinking of solutions.

What is the position of your throttle, prop and mixture before you load the flight? If you load the flight and your saitek quadrant mixture is set to cut off then as soon as you touch the throttle the sim will pickup the mixture setting (which is at cut off, thereby cutting off your engine). Try setting the prop and mixture to full and the throttle itselt to idle before loading the flight.

I have the multipanel and the switch panel, I have had a few issues with the panels freezing while in FSX. I have downloaded the SPAD drivers and it seems to have helped the issue somewhat. Once in awhile the panels will freeze with everything still lit up, but the dials and switches stop responding, I can still operate everything on screen, just not as fun. I have a feel it might have something to do with the USB ports going to sleep or the power drain on the pc, I may need a USB hub with external power. As far as the panels working with addons. I have 6 or 7 carenado add ons and the saitek panels are fully compatible with the add ons, all the switches work in real time on the screen with the panels, heading bug, gear, flaps, switchs etc. I have not tried the panels with anything other than carendao to date though.

I still fly it regularly, it is one of the best add-on aircraft I have purchased.

Based on everything I've read on this thread I still feel like getting the Malibu is the smarter choice over the TBM, any thoughts?

Cold and dark option is great, so is the flight plan from MFD, but I will holding off until is see the FPS. G1000 is a killer.

I do own it, but I spend most of my time with Carenado's 337, but looking at the pics makes me want to take it out for a spin.

The plane looks amazing, but Im saving my next purchase for their SR22, great pics.
