Installed the new Citation x 2020 version but cannot find it in the 2024 version. In 2024 it shows it's streamed but cannot find it to fly. 😞

I get this message everytime I start AS16, I don't understand what I need to do to fix it, is there a way of fixing it? I cant find a setting for cloud density anywhere.

I'm running FSX SE, and use spad for all my Saitek panels. I have a problem with the Saitek Switch panel in that after a few minutes flying the landing gear lights might show one green light and maybe a red light whilst airborne when there should be no lights showing at all, then on landing when I put the gear down the three lights should be all green but they don't change from the one green and one red light from when it first errors. I've re-installed spad but I ccontinue to get this problem. Is there anyone out there experienced the same problem and might have a fix?

I want to remove the fictitious AI flights of the default Boeing 737-800 of Orbit / Pacifica / World Travel. I've searched the AI plans in FSX/scenery/World file but cannot find any BGL references to these three fictitious airlines. Does FSX store them somewhere else? I found three bgl's that have possibilities first on trafficAircraft.bgl second one TrafficAircraft._bgl note the underscore before the bgl. last one it might be is ai-traffic.bgl does anyone know for sure?

Can't help you with key commands, I know it works perfectly using the Saitek Multi panel. You do need to reboot FSX after changing the cfg for it to work.

You can add an auto throttle though if you use a Saitek Multi Panel. Just change the cfg autothrottle_available= 0 autothrottle_arming_required= 0 to read autothrottle_available= 1 autothrottle_arming_required= 1 I expect the purist will spit feathers for this suggestion, I'll keep my head down

For all those who get errors with autogen or crashes to desktop using or after installing Earth Simulations scenery, there is an easy fix. go to this link https://earthsims.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/61692-fsx-is-crashing-to-desktop-when-loading-any-scener and download the hot fix and do what it says in the Readme.txt. I've read through this topic and I'm 100% sure this will fix all the problems. For those who have playsims vol 4 the Western lsles, Earth simulations are giving away free Treescapes for that area

I'm trying to set up LINDA but the program can't find FSUIPC. :( I believe I installed LINDA correctly by copying/pasting all the files and placing them in the FSX moduals folder, maybe thats the problem? It's the latest Linda and the latest FSUIPC installed. I know FSUIPC is working ok because SPAD uses it. I've tried searching for an answer but can't find anything. The pic below shows the problem. Can anyone suggest what might be wrong? Many thanks in anticipation

Using a Saitek Trim wheel I can only make the nose climb, I can't stop the aircraft from climbing other than using number 7 key. My saitek wheel works with all my other Carenado aircraft so I know it's not a problem with my Saitek profile.

No that file did not flag up an FS9 file. Any more ideas to get the planes moving again?

Many thanks Penz, I converted over 100 traffic BGL's and deleted the originals (saved them all just incase) the AI ships now show up :) However I'm not sure if the AI Flights are working! The Aircraft are in the airports but nothing is moving, I sat at an international airport for half an hour and nothing moved. I only converted the "Traffic" BGL's all except one named "ai-traffic.bgl" should I convert that as well to get the planes moving or is there something else wrong now?

In the WOAI document read me text for every file addon it says it's for FS2004 and FSX and they all work properly with no problems....... so how do I convert them just for FSX?

All the flight plans are WOAI. Any idea of an easy way to how to identify if there is a FS9 one?

But I must have several dozen different addons, not counting any scenery addons such as VFR scenery or the dozens of airport addons I have.

I have loads of AI ships installed but since adding a dozen or so AI Airlines all the AI ships have disappeared from FSX. I've tried removing all the AI ships from Simobjects/Boats and all the AI bgl's from FSX/scenery/world files I then run FSX without any. I then put all the AI files back in their original place but without success, any ideas how to get the AI ships back working again? PS sorry if I've posted this question in the wrong forum, i did search for similar questions but couldn't find any help.

We lived in Carterton until 2000 too. the scenery is Horizon VFR photo scenery, the lighting is Night Environment British Isles, Brize Norton Air Base is one of the airports on Uk2000 VFR Airfields. Although I do have REX and Shade neither is running in this pic.
