  1. Bordeaux as departure for flying along the Pyrenees is a good idea of course, as you do between Bilbao and Barcelona, a few weeks ago. It is very nice and pleasant to look. Thx for sharing James. Beech air 90, 90 GTX, 350i are, all, very useful for mine VFR flights. Like a lot to fly with when I want a AG plane.
  2. Thanks for this sharing, points of view on this aircraft are very well, keep eyes on. Mark
  3. Fms of Saab 340 is better that F50 because it work in VNAV. If limited, it work for me for the primordial function... The navigation. Like more the Saab, pleasant to flight with, worth his price.
  4. Thanks for this answer, I have just installed the orbx NL, Maastricht airport was mine departure airport to EHAM Amsterdam as destination with Carenado F50 KLM aircraft. I agree the orbx scenery is very well, I recognise a lot of details in Zealand, (as Belgian is one of mine weekend-destinations). But the 2 airports are less indeed... Do you think finding a method to set NL2000 above anyway ? For Amsterdam, I have the Flytampa scenery, and for Maastricht... I think buying the aerosoft scenery, seem to be very well. Hope a solution for NL2000 airports... regards Mark
  5. Hello sim friends Have a want to found a list of the airports ameliorated by orbx in NL. Anybody know if the NL2000 airports are less or better to use with NL orbx scenery ? Mark
  6. If this fms is very very basic, I must said to be correct that with a good PLN, the Nav (including Sid and Star and approach) + the Vnav are well working. Make 4 complete flights with... Agree it's time to give a real and complete fms to the commuters of Carenado. Have more problem to use the GTN because the navigrah data base are not upgradable yet and no compatible with mine flight planner and sim data base (airac 1804). Plus, if I like the GTN on little AG aircrafts for planning a rapid graphical PLN... I find that is not very realistic on a commuter panel as in Saab 340.
  7. I find a process working 1) set right ignition to CONT +\- 15sec on overhead, then back to NORM 2) move the right fuel level on piedestal to the start line. 3) immediately back on overhead and push the start button of right motor to start. 4) wait to stabilise and warming the right motor gauges. same process for the left motor... Not precisely the exact procedure but... working Hope to help... Mark
  8. Nice shoot indeed, excellent point of view, the airport seem well done, interesting to know the name of this scenery. thx Mark
  9. Instinctively I do this click spot, because I use a lot the Majestic Dash and it is a sameless technic used with the mouse on screen to pass step by step to a other level of propeller. I never saw the first version of aircrafts working perfectly, rapidly they are always patched... AVsim topics help developers for more affinities. A little problem with the coarse staying on low is to correct... Or give us more documentations or manuals to understand what append. Check lists is well but a important think is the workflow of pilot and FO. Must said that I like this aircraft after one day to fly with. Mark
  10. Make mine first flight between KEKA and KJAC, I programmed the universal fms (simbrief plan) and set the plane with the menu on: ready for taxi. At this moment, I don't have the documentation to do a cold and dark startup... (Checklist is not enough) Find the plane easy to fly and the autopilot make is job well in Nav and Vnav, the approach was perfect and I landing manually at 500 feet announce. Was a kiss landing but the reverse was not ready by mine fault... So I take a lot of runway length. Awesome graphic as Carendo do. Happy to have-it in mine hangar because I make a trip on this kind of SAAB in Suede. Mark
  11. A fun jump in Waco to see some others beautiful landscapes, Thx James for sharing. Mark
  12. When looking different screenshots or videos of the sims level in 2018, this difficult to choice one of the other. The positive mind is to said that they are compliment. Because I was with apple computers, I choiced first time Xplane as sim but I meet some peoples on PC with P3D and for sharing flights in the same cockpits (Dash 8/400 or A320)... I switched for a computer compatible with friends. After big invest of addon's for p3d, I stay always with a mind for Xplane to complete. Ultralights you show me on your precedent topic decide me to upgrade Xplane to 12....thx Mark
  13. Sure, the money spend for addons is very less with comparison to a lot of activities. And we keep (often for long time) those acquisitions for a great passion: flying ! when today I payed a restaurant 168€... Huuummm I haved this in mind: it's more that the fslab Airbus that I'm looking for this morning... Not a cheap addon indeed. This serie of screenshots above remind me this kind of flying machines and I shall looking... if one, well done, exist in P3dv4. (Any suggestion is welcome). The basic one in the sim don't agree me. Yes really, they do great jobs for our fun. Mark
  14. Is rare to see ultralight screenshots, it's a good idea, thx for nice pictures. Mark
  15. Just a little point to know.... This soft is well linked with navigraph. Navigraph is a payware... Yes, You may stay basically on the version 1703 of airacs. But... but if only one time you need to align the sim and all fms aircrafts with a common airac... the only solution, (to deal the complete information), is to actualise all parts with navigraph on his least version of airac... That implicated, rapidly, a permanent subscription... if you want new aircrafts, or having "no missing" points, or perhaps crashes with the importation of the future sim brief pln. That said, the simbrief is a wonderfull program. I use and like it.
  16. As a cartoon film, this Waco is wonderful as actor of a short flight between (the perfect ambience of) 2 orbx fields. James, in AVsim, you are one of the first topic that I look for. Because the screenshots are always nice and with interesting flights in the best world's countries, thanks a lot for... mine pleasure. Mark
  17. What is best to do... the upvote or the like button ? Don't understand this change on AVsim... Is little disturbing for me. Mark
  18. Hello James is a long way... Flying approximatively 17 hours? Like the approach and the showed pictures. thx Don't you never crash with a heavy addon as 777 PMDG and so many datas on fsx ? You have perhaps a special joker... Mark
  19. Well done repaints and the screenshots are wonderful, the p3dv4 lightings are well used by you. Like this series. The new Lufthansa colors are clean and more actually in the mind. And sure, less expensive for the company.
  20. So fast..., bang...bang... A very very rapid look on Nevada, thx for sharing your's screens... Perfectly done. Mark
  21. Well choiced departure and arrival airports, are two ORBX "best of"... Great eye-candies landscapes screenshots too. Thx James for this travel with you. Mark
  22. Like this region near Seatle and Vancover, make some trips between with Milviz Dhc-2 to try the plane. Happy to see new shots from you James, always perfect, thanks for sharing. Mark
  23. Happy to see this scenery of Chigaco in xplane version, great shots. Mark
  24. Very Nice video, the timing, the points of view, the sequences... All is perfect. As a film pro. thanks for sharing it! Rob Mark
