UPDATE: I uninstalled FSX and moved P3D into my C: Drive and reinstalled EZDOK, still doesn't work D:

Any suggestions are good suggestions :)

Also maybe I need a simconnect.dll for the main P3D folder, how do I get one?

Sorry your having problems running EZCA! Personally couldn't fly without it!

Starting from scratch and a fresh install of EZdok 1.15, (it is not necessary to install any version higher than 1.15),  then 1.18.6 with latest variables ini...

modify ALL exe's to run as administrator, then modify ALL exe's to run in Windows 8 compatibility mode...

All SimConnects, (there should be five...ignore Russia and Japan), will be found in your P3D root folder...

P3D root/redist/Interface/ FSX-SP2-XPACK(also FSX-SP1 & FSX-RTM)/retail/lib/SimConnect

Tried that, didn't work, unless theres some exes I'm not aware of......... BTW I'm running Windows 10 Home

Ezdok definitely worked in FSX, maybe it's a P3D problem or a compatibility issue.............

UPDATE: If I use a version lower than 1.18, the keyboard works, but the mouse button eithr doesn't pan or glitches............maybe this is my scapegoat

Sometimes ezdok will stop working when you activate GSX. I don't know what the connection is, but restarting ezdok sometimes solves it.

I haven't reinstalled GSX yet.....

Especially if your OS is Windows 10, run in Windows 8 compatibility!

Should only be three exe's, Config.exe,  EZCA.exe and Prepar3d.exe.

Root folder=Main folder!

For me, (Windows 10 also), opening knee-board (shift+10) disables EzDok. Ai Carriers (shift+j) does also.

From the add-on drop down menu, Ai Carriers works fine and does not disable EzDok

Just so this thread isn't interpreted as officially confirming that EZDOK is the issue here, I'm succesfully running the utility with both FSX SE and P3D on Windows 10. Simply follow the author's latest instructions on the EZDOK forum. Use the web address which was previously posted by Bob (post #18).

What did you do? After a recent reinstall of P3D I occasionally have the same problem.
