Opinions on FSD products ....

Featured Replies

I wish you well Dougal and I'll be right behind you with my O2-A.Let us know how it goes. I agree - this will change my view of FSD entirely and if successful I will shout this from the hilltops!Which version of the Porter would you get? Amphib, Land, Ski - or the whole set?

My Porter was the old vol.1, so presumeably, that's all i'll get back.

I've had a couple of their products, the Cheyanne a few years ago and the navajo. I bought a new computer about 20 months ago and had no problem getting a re-install for the Navajo. My questions on the HS125 have been answered quickly and politely. I will get the HS125 when it's available. You've got to give FSD credit for correcting the customer service problem and for making ammends. Dave

Indeed sir, I shall be more than happy to do so IF i get my aircraft back. In an email from FSD, they're still suggesting i have some sort of illigal 'hacking tool' on my system. If FSD do end up allowing me to reistall, does that not suggest perhaps they may have reconsidered, and that perhaps I'm not in fact, a thief? If so, then perhaps an apology is called for?

Well.... it's on gone quiet now. Both here and on the FSD email front.I shall post back again if I here back from Tim/FSD, but thus far, after being tempted with a carrot, I'm back to where i started.

Something was run on your system which corrupted our license system, and some other critical data. All you need to do is run the utility I sent you and you should be all set. If not let us know.Tim Dickenshttp://www.fsd-international.com/team/TD_forum_sig.gif

Dougal,I don't like the direction this appears to be going, and your tone for that matter. Please take your correspondance with Tim to email.

Please don't lock this thread. There are many of us potential FSD return customers itching to see what happens here. Dougal is the brave guinea pig for all of us. It would be a shame for us and possibly FSD not to know the outcome.

That's fine. But I am not going to allow this thread to devovle into a slanging match, which by the tone of Dougal's post, I suspect is where it is heading. As long as things stay civil here, the thread won't be locked. Otherwise, it will.

Special envoy Dougal, we're relying on you!!

Wow ..... had no idea when I started this thread what I was getting into. I'm new to FS and had never even heard of FSD until a week or so ago.Still, I am looking forward to the HS125 release.

Tom, i think you've been a little harsh on me there. If some of my posts here on Avsim seem a little short and perhaps even kurt at times, then yes, for that I

I was just about to send it, then thought i'd better check here first.ThanksPhil
