March 5, 200719 yr Well count me in as number two that Tim has made happy. He emailed me the repair tool and the 337 is back on my FS where it belongs. Incredible service. Now I just have to wait for a download link for the O2-A.Just mark me,Stunned!
March 5, 200719 yr I wish I could say the same. I have been in email communication with FS over an installation issue I am having with the 2004 version of their T-38. March 5, 200719 yr John you can still find the version FSD released as freeware a few years ago. I know it's not the same as the one in the T38/C17 combo but it's still very good. Hope you get this one fixed though.

March 6, 200719 yr Actually Tim, it has never run on this computer. It ran on an older computer when I first purchased it. This computer was built for flight simulator only. I will try replacing the direct X drivers and also see if there are newer drivers for the graphics card, when I return home later in the week.If that doesn't help, I will post it in the FSD support forumTo the person who mentioned the 2002 version. I have it and it does work. I don JohnMy first SIM was a Link Trainer. March 6, 200719 yr John, the freeware FSD T38 is really good.. and looks great with RXP JL2 gauges.. At least a good "Plan B"Screenshots attached.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/167992.jpghttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/167993.jpg Bert
March 6, 200719 yr I still have and enjoy the old T38 in the Nasa livery. It's a great add-on. It looks like I'll have to pass on the O2-A though unfortunately, not having been given the confidence that I would be able to buy and install it. Congrats again to those who have got their existing aircraft back in use. If you are not still up in your Porter Dougal, will you (can you) buy more from FSD now?

March 16, 200719 yr FSD planes are great. I love them. I don't like the activation method they use though. Especially on any aircraft that is an updated version of a previous release, ie the Navajo or Seneca. I recently reloaded FS onto a new drive and then copied my previous installation over it. Most addons go without issue and some require reload. If you select an FSD model in 3D mode it locks up your FS because it opens an activation window that you don't see in 3D. Took a while to figure that one out. Once I did, I went to 2D and then could see the activation window, however, you can't just reactivate the V2 of the plane. You have to reinstall the original and then reinstall the update. Trying to locate old registration info is always fun. I take responsibility for that but it is still not the most elegant solution for protection. I think Flight1 has a lock on that. But I do love the planes.
March 17, 200719 yr Commercial Member Dave,The Seneca version 2 only requires that you have your license information from version 1 to install the version 2 upgrade. The Navao and Porter version 2 installers are being revamped to do this as well. So you don't need to install version 1 first any longer.Tim Dickenshttp://www.fsd-international.com/team/TD_forum_sig.gif
March 17, 200719 yr I have NEVER had an issue getting a new key or DL file from FSD. Maybe it's because I am polite to them, so I get the same treatment in return. In fact, they have never eve questioned why I needed a new key or DL link. FSD, IMO, has always been top-knotch support wise when I have needed them.
