January 6, 200818 yr Yes I did. Put it in the PMDG Navdata file and I added the airport Via TTools. Cant figure it out. Andrew
January 6, 200818 yr Did you add the entry in wpNavAPT.txt and airports.dat? For the IGS freq., did you input in the correct format (111.90/088)?Cheers,CNR9116
January 6, 200818 yr >Did you add the entry in wpNavAPT.txt and airports.dat?Yes, that's exactly what you have to do.To get VHHX as an available airport on the ND, you need to add it to airports.dat.Open it with a text editor (e.g.notepad) and add VHXX with coordinates. Just add this line: VHHX 22.316959 114.202621Save (overwrite) and you are ready. For bet results make sure you have the latest airac (0713) as the procedures are written for it.Best regards,Rafal
January 6, 200818 yr RafalOn my computer trying to open airports.dat gives me a warning that I might mess up my system with any modifications I make to this. Is this normal and should I just go ahead and add the VHHX line?Dzieki! Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)
January 6, 200818 yr Yes, Gavin. Don't you worry, man!I have done it and it is fine. :)Best regards,Rafal

January 17, 200818 yr Hey Guys i'm sorry to drag this one up again, but guess i still need some help?I've followed all the above steps several times, but still end up with a problem. I can see VHHX ok on my PMDG744 Nav Display, and i've deleted VHHH, and the autotune done it's thing. However, instead of autotuning to 111.90/088 it tunes to 111.90/136 and if i try to manually select, i ALWAYS get 'Invalid Data'!Incidentally, i can let it fly the IGS on that, but something is wrong is it not? What could i be doing wrong?I have Ultimate Traffic installed and configured correctly as all AI are flying a good approach.
