Chicago City In 3d

Recommended Posts

Hello folks!Let me introduce myself. I'm Alexandre Vieira, from Azores (9 islands on the atlantic north), Portugal. I love aviation of course but I'd like to be a 3D designer :( I went to Chicago some weeks ago and I got a passion by the Chicago's buildings, so, I tried making the Chase Building, and next made more one, and more one, so, I decided "Let's make all the city in 3D!" B) But although, this is to get personal experience =)Here are some shots: (from Gmax)Sears Tower (please note that the left building has been refurbished, it's the one it's "down" the sear's)Sears3.jpg311SWackerDrive.jpg333. I looked. I was impressed. I was jealous of your skills. Now I wish you would make a trip to Hawaii and get motivated to design those objects. :( Best to you, Alexandre. Looks like it will be a nice addition to the FSX world.

It seems nobody liked it... :(
Beautiful buildings are great in FS, but maintaining minimum framerates is greater.

Excellent work, Alexandre! :( Your skills seem as though they may well be able to fill in the many missing gaps in the FS Chicago scenery.Would you also consider doing Navy Pier and the Art Institute (missing from FS for many years!)?Many thanks for your skilled efforts with this project! :( GaryGB
