As a commercial member, why not keep out of such a thread all togethr. . . more professional? It's not just about FX. What about FPS? I'm not impressed particularly with Eaglesoft FPS hit. Not very bad but not great so . . .

Finally, I must add my absolute dismay (but not surprise) that there have been a handful of people who've attempted to hijack this thread of praise for Mike's accomplishements to promote their own agenda of gratuitous insults and cheap shots at others... :(

Sorry to have to disagree with you, they didn't hijack this thread but this is what started the whole ball rolling...

Not only the landing lights : icing effect (already available on the Flight1 Mustang), rain effect on the windshield (in FSX !!!!) and this guy is a newbie in aircraft development !These features were not supposed to be possible in FSX...Flight1, PMDG, Eaglesoft,...etc, this guy could teach you a few lessons !

Eaglesoft commented only after the following statement was made. Frankly, I'd have been upset that an Avsim moderator took it upon himself to make such a statement, whether he moderates this forum or another. Belittling someones contribution to the flightsim community is quite shallow.

How utterly remarkable for anyone to be so perfect...No sir, what "started this whole ball rolling" was that Ron used the "rolling eyes" emoticon rather than one of the other smilies, and a few chose to latch onto that and run with it...Absent that (perhaps accidental?) use of an emoticon, not one single word of what he wrote could possibly be construed as anything other than praise.Perhaps it's because of my vocation that I'm inclined to give benefit of the doubt, and assume the best of intentions rather than the worst......which is precisely why I'll simply say "You're welcome" to your parting shot across the bow... :(
