Hi Ryando you still need volunteers for your testing?The "dead fms" issue happens to me, too, from time to time. I generally do not have any problem, but sometimes there is simply no way to switch the FMS on. This kind of random is driving me crazy. :( Thanks in advance.

Just a heads up.I don't know if somebody else already experimented this, but may the FMS issue be caused by the DisablePreload=1 string in fsx.cfg?I'm not sure 100%, maybe I'm lucky, but I have deleted the string and now the FMS works.

I've been having the same problems with a dead FMS and what works for me is to load the JS41 directly from the Free Flight option with all systems running then to close everything down using wombat778's clever little program - http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=264524.For information I have Win7 32 bit, FSX SP2 with Horizon VFR scenery and UK2000 airports.
