HiI would like to ask a (dumb) question.Does the "square" rule apply on descent also? If I'm cruising at 2.300 rpm / 23" map and I want to descent at 500 ft/min, I reduce the throttle at 18" map. Do I have to reduce RPM at 1.800 also?Thanks in advance.Rosario Manzo, IT

Do you have bufferpools enabled in fsx.cfg?

Just a heads up.I don't know if somebody else already experimented this, but may the FMS issue be caused by the DisablePreload=1 string in fsx.cfg?I'm not sure 100%, maybe I'm lucky, but I have deleted the string and now the FMS works.

Is the red umbrella optional? :(

Hi Ryando you still need volunteers for your testing?The "dead fms" issue happens to me, too, from time to time. I generally do not have any problem, but sometimes there is simply no way to switch the FMS on. This kind of random is driving me crazy. :( Thanks in advance.

Same problem here and, sad to say, this serious issue has made me decide not to use ASA until this will be fixed.No problems with IVAP integrated weather (now i'm flying with it), nor with REX weather engine.

Hi allI use FSBuild to export my flightplans, and it works well with the JS41.Once exported, I open the FMC and import the FP.The problem doesn't happen everytime. When I try to change the departure or approach procedure, and there is NO stored procedure for the airport, the FP disappears and I have to import it again.Anyone having this kind of issue?Thanks in advance.
