Agreed!I'm sure flightsim.com - bless their incredible libraries - will have a great review of PNW in six or seven months, but this is Avsim. :( (You have two-weeks to write a review of PNW or we will politely remind you again that we would like you to write a review of PNW.)

Just curious as to why your impatient for an Avsim review? What is the reviewer going to say that hasn't already been said? There are already hundreds of screen shots posted on FS sites and many posts on the product already saying how great it is. If your waiting on an Avsim review to help you make your decision on whether or not to buy it, why not download the free trial and try it for yourself?

My thoughts exactly! I don't think I have ever relied on an "official" site review for any product.

No, we don't need a review, at least I don't, I already bought PNW.But Avsim reviews are fun to read. And people, in general, like reading reviews, even about things they have already bought or seen. I don't think it's surprising to see people asking.

Reviews are things you can't rush, certainly not if they are to represent and discuss a product as big as this one.Also, understrand most of us are volunteers. We have stuff to do besides reviewing products, and the reviewer on the job might have been preoccupied with more pressing matters. Please do not ask us to therefore reassign reviews. If we do that, it's usually because the reviewer himself has signified that he can't be doing it for one or more reasons. However, there is no strict deadline in place simply because you can't expect working people to devote time to a review when they might have much more pressing matters to attend to.I hope this is understood...

Good point - let me add that you can also download the free demo of australia equally as good as PNW.Also, many thanks to the folks who write reviews as I enjoy reading them even after I've already bought the product. In some cases the reviews do help me decide what to buy or not. Again - thank you to all reviewers...................Howard

I agree. I'd also like to see a review of REX and ASE/Xgraphics too.I understand that you are busy people and have limited time. If someone else wrote a good review that you agreed with would you be willing to publish it on AVSIM?

The main thing I have learned from this thread is that the reviews are done by volunteers. I have a deep respect for volunteers (I am a volunteer myself at the Portland Airport) and my hat is off to you.You guys do a wonderful job, and the thing that we all should remember is that good things take time. So, once again thank you to all of the volunteers at AVSIM. You guys Rock!
