June 7, 201016 yr Anyone think we'll see a highly detailed (ala Capt Sim/Feelthere/Wilco/CLS/Level-D) version of the A380 any time soon?
June 7, 201016 yr Quite interesting that you put CLS and Level-D aside as examples of highly detailed simulations. :( Anyway, here's something you may be interested in:http://www.nextlevelsimulations.com/

Level-D's 767 is a work of art, even if it's aged compared to some of the PMDG aircraft. CLS' DC-10 is decent as well.

CLS' DC-10 is decent as well.My guess is he was talking about comparing CLS to LVL-D which is in another league to CLS and STILL one of the best and most complex sims released... May not have all the graphics and bells and whistles but it is still one of the best ever. CLS are more like the Feel-there "LITE" line, LVL-D is more like PMDG and the Feelthere PIC line...That is my guess of what he was referring to but what do I know :( -P Have a Wonderful Day -Paul Solk
June 7, 201016 yr That is my guess of what he was referring to but what do I know :(Of course, Paul, you do know me very well! :( What surprised and confused me was trying to compare the simulation level to something 'a la ...CLS/Level-D...' (how can I compare an addon to two others that are uncomparable to each other?). I'm sorry if I wasn't clear enough. Anyway I hope the poster did find my link of any interest.
June 7, 201016 yr Pairbus.com :(...let me second that. I am not such a big fan of the A380, but the previews on the pairbus site are nothing short of mindblowing! :( System specs: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit; Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.40GHz; 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 802MHz; 8 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti (NVIDIA)
June 8, 201016 yr I believe Wilco has released their A380 for FS9 as well. There are two other models, which are terrible: Perfect "Fail" Flight's Fly the A380 and Abacus' model of the same title. Both cockpits are too cartoonish, and very unrealistic. The Wilco model is superbly detailed and has a better cockpit with a working FMC.At the moment, you may want to use the Robert Versluys A380. There are some panels on the net, related to the A380.
