It goes without saying but if you like the IFLY 747 then get the PMDG 747-400 or at least the RFP 747 Classic :)

Guys-as mentioned in a prior thread-discuss the product all you want-but no discussion on internal employee disputes please.

ok.. so how come i have smooth fps on every thing but the AS A320?.i,m not alone.. alot of other customers have the same problem..fyi. i run other games.. like Mass effect 2. NFS shift... and all is silky smooth.i,m really happy u guys can fly it... wish i could. but i had this problem since day one.. and hoping the patches would fix it.. but with every patch.. problem just got worse. down to 3fps now in the A320.. with others 25fps. (locked at 25 fps.. cos u really dont need to use moore then that)and.. i did a reinstal on WIN7 ultimate and A320 V1,2 and nothing else, still a no go.. explain that. hehe
Mass Effect 2 and NFS Shift are GPU intensive games while FS9/FSX are CPU intensive. How well you run the games you mentioned has absolutely nothing to do with how well your system will perform in FS9/FSX.The AS 320 will require more cpu than many add-ons due to the amount going on "behind the scenes" so to speak. If you are stuck at 3 fps than I would wager there is something wrong on your end. There is no reason I was able to fly the Version 1 fine when I had it while you are stuck at 3 fps, the only difference is our systems.

That was the going wisdom years ago but with my latest rig I put the slider at 90 and have an unbelievable fluid experience in FS9 now. With todays systems you actually hinder your performance with a setting that's too low. :(
3fps? I'll say it again something is up with 'your' configuration. Well I'm sorry it doesn't work for you but your comments can be very misleading, If I had read your post I wouldn't of bought it when in fact I've been happily flying this thing around Europe for the past week.
If there wasn't a problem Airsimmer wouldn't have posted editing out anything that has to do with the 'scs.gau'. How your running with no problems is a mystery not only to us but Airsimmer as well. Their currently rewriting the 'scs.gau' because they know there's a serious performance issue. I've had a heck of a boost after editing out the references to that gauge in the panel.cfg file. There's still a slight performance issue and it sucks not having all the sounds but to make like this add-on is without issue after patch 1.2 is just plain crazy. :(

Dillon, I'm not saying the product is flawless (far from it) the point I'm making is I have no frame rate problems, I know some people don't mind choppy frames because I see a lot of videos on youtube with horrible performance yet from the comments some seem to consider it good but I'm talking about no stutters just smooth framerates ,no CTD's, no oscillations, altitude being busted in OP Climb etc.The last 500+ hours of my time on flightsim over the last few years has been on the PMDG 744 & MD11 so I do know how a high end addon should operate and this product obviously does need a huge amount of work to get anywhere near that level, it's just that from a lot of the comments I'm reading it would seem that this aircraft is unflyable which is not true, at least in my case. Bottom line is this, if we are all downloading the same product yet getting wildly different performance then it's not unreasonable to suggest that external factors like certain hardware setups or modules from other addons may be causing conflicts or performance issues for 'this particular product'.

This is a solution for get rid of all those problems .. but Airsimmer must be involved....They have to sell a bundle ..The A320 + the dedicated PC for run it sarcastic.gifRegards.bye.gifGus.

Hi all !AirSimmer A320 Basic Edition hot fix 1.2.1 is available:http://www.airsimmer.com/support/index.php?showtopic=7313Did anyone test this new fix ?Happy flying ! :(
Nope, I'm waiting for the 'scs.gau' to get fixed before I try flying this aircraft again. I never had a problem with the autopilot. The stutter issue caused by the gauge is a bigger issue on my end and is keeping this bird grounded. :(
