FS2004 is 7 years old !

Recommended Posts

There's something to say about a seven year old software title that other software authors are still selling addons for. Happy Birthday FS9. For the original FS9 developers - you have created a legacy, thank you.

Congratulations FS9!With a pretty low average of 4 hours a day, I've spent roughly 10220 hours with FS9, and still counting.....My best waste of time.... EVER! :(

Agree! And I also think of the hundreds of dollars I've spent on addons for FS9. When I do, I shake my head. That is until I start flying again and tell myself it was all worth it.

A "Tip-of-the Wings" to FS9 who, like a fine wine, has matured quite nicely and really is in it's "golden age". Here's to the sim, the simmers and the developers of both freeware and payware who support it. Remember, it's up to us to keep it alive and growing as there is no more big brother to spread the word.Clutch

Intel i9-12900KF, Asus Prime Z690-A MB, 64GB DDR5 6000 RAM, (3) SK hynix M.2 SSD (2TB ea.), 16TB Seagate HDD, EVGA GeForce 3080 Ti, Corsair iCUE H70i AIO Liquid Cooler, UHD/Blu-ray Player/Burner (still have lots of CDs, DVDs!)  Windows 10, (hold off for now on Win11),  EVGA 1300W PSU
Netgear 1Gbps modem & router, (3) 27" 1440 wrap-around displays
Full array of Saitek and GoFlight hardware for the cockpit
