November 20, 201015 yr Huge problem. I have the 737 PIC upgrade for FSX. I have FSUIPC 4.6 unregistered. The install looks and acts as it should (yes I ran the install as administrator). The plane installs and I can use it in FSX. The problem is that not one switch, knob, etc. in the cockpit will respond. I have lights so it isn't totally dead but I can't turn one feature in the cockpit on or off.I sent a complaint to Wilco. They sent me to department A then to Department B and now after 3 e-mails from them they have forgotten me. They have never resolved my problem and apparently they don't care if they ever do. That's okay. As they've dropped me from their "we'll help this guy" list I've dropped them from my "where to puy planes list".I'm just hoping someone here has a solution. If not I will unstinstall and cease to use the Pilot in Conflict 737 from Wilco.
November 20, 201015 yr trashed your saved flight and started a default?deleted your fsx.cfg file and let it start over?
November 20, 201015 yr Bryan, Which operating system are you using? Some switches in the overhead and radios on the center console don't work in Windows 7.

If this is the case, what you can do is copy your fsx.dll file (found in the same location as the fsx.cfg file) and remove the entry for the fscopilot.dll. When you want to use the 737 PIC, swap out the original fsx.dll with the modified version missing the fscopilot.dll entry. Of course, before you do any of this I suggest backing up the original fsx.dll. Shane Gavin

November 21, 201015 yr A long shot, but do you have EZDOK installed?I had the same issue and turned out my views were set too far away from the panel. Windows 10 (x64) - X-Plane 11 - M/B: Asus ROG Maximus IX Hero - CPU: i7 7700k (@5.0GHz) - RAM: 32Gb Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 @ 3200MHz - Video: GTX1080ti - Cooling: Custom water loop (EK 140 Revo D5 pump/res combo, EK EVO CPU block, EK XE360 Rad)
November 21, 201015 yr I run FSCopilot and FSInn without any PIC 737 issues. WinXP SP3 and FSX SP1.thats interesting Dave, I run pic737 with xp pro sp3 with fsx sp1 & sp2 installed and along with a few others have some problems such as switches not working in the vc.(radio stack and fmc)also the interesting bit is you only have fsx sp1 installed when the requirement for pic737 is sp1 & sp2could be that this vc issue is to do with sp2 in xp

Probably boils down to a hardware issue somehow. I run a very old machine here. With the infinite number of hardware/software configs it's almost impossible to pinpoint alot of problems and glitches.Actually when I bought the PIC737 it never mentioned anything about SP2 in the system requirements, thats why I went for it. Same with E-jets when it first came out until they changed the specs page so I kinda got screwed on that purchase, but I wound up swapping the panel out with a freeware one I modded up so its still a nice jet to fly . I guess I could still use it with FS9 but I haven't fired that up in almost 4 years. Regards, Dave Opper HiFi Support Manager
November 21, 201015 yr I've never been able to get all of the switches to work in VC in Windows 7. Maybe when they do the proposed upgrade it will fix this problem. Otherwise it's a very nice aircraft. BTW, it works fine in FS9.
